I took my 2011 C6 Corvette here to have a battery issue fixed and dealt with. Not only was it $7xx for the whole job (for $80 in parts), it didn't even address the issue! Now I have to take it somewhere else and hope it doesn't take another $7xx and 3 weeks to fix. If you are out of warranty, do not take your car here unless you don't like money or time. It baffles me that in 3 weeks this problem could not be correctly addressed even with a multi-point inspection and diagnostic that takes a minimum of "7-10 days" to complete. And no, they don't give you a loaner.

Was provided an offer for $26,500 to buy my car by an associate who was clearly just trying to get me into the dealership. Once I showed up with my car, they told me all they could offer is $22,000, and there were absolutely no differences in condition or features that changed the offer. Dealership is inconsiderate of people's time and will blatantly lie just to get you to set foot in their building. I would be very cautious in dealing with them.

Buying from them was not bad. However don't purchase any additional services or warranty. Service dept is trash.

Although I bought my truck from auto nation Chevy (side note never do business with auto nation, if you want a true satisfying customer experience ) service manager is very rude and likes to threaten. The cab of my truck filled with smoke. And I had several issues with my 2022 2500 HD. I purchased it from Auto Nation West Colonial. A week later I had rust issues and did not have OEM parts on my truck and was charged extra for sub par rusty parts. And was toldThis was normal for 55k you get a truck that rusts in 2 weeks. Regardless I had to leave 1 star or it would not allow me to leave a review. I strongly suggest do your research before purchasing from Auto Nation. Go sit in the sales or service office and listen tk all the complaints before making your decision. I did finally get a phone call back from then after a review was left. No concern about the well being of my family for the cab filling with smoke. The service manager was more concerned about the negative review. I would never recommend them. Starling Chevy in my opinion super reds the expectations of quality service and I will continue sending and doing business with starling for that reason

I'd give zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a repair. I was originally told if I didn't receive a text or call that day, that meant my vehicle would be held for 3-5 days and then i'll be able to pick it up depending on the condition. Today is the 12th day of them having my car and I haven't gotten a single update about it. Every time I call to get an update, I get put on hold and forgot about or I get transferred to people who don't answer the phone nor return calls. Only once did the GM answer and explained that the office receives multiple calls a day and can't always return them right away, which is understandable, but it's been 12 days and I was originally told 3-5. I was also told that the main servicer hasn't been updating me because I did not opt in for text communications with them and most of their messages and updates are through text. That was a lie because I did leave him my phone number and we already had a text conversation going from the first day I dropped my vehicle off. Just overall bad communication skills and will use every excuse in the book to justify it. Moral of the story: go somewhere else or ask a stranger on the side of the road for help before you go to this location.

I've sold 2 vehicles here and attempted to purchase a truck. The selling experience Overall was good as they offered a competitive price for my vehicles which beat other dealer offers. I got a tentative offer prior to coming in on both which 1 sold at that price but the other went down $500 when I got there citing a minor accident on the report which they new about prior to coming in as they ran the carfax report to make the tentative offer. However, we talked them up a bit and they threw in a tank of gas for our current vehicle. The buying experience didn't go as well for 2 reasons 1) very low inventory so not much to pick from 2) the truck I did find had dealer add-ons such as running boards, paint protection and nitro in the tires(?). They wouldn't move on removing these items so that ended the deal for me.My understanding is this dealer try's to work with folks with any income level to get you the vehicle you need. Didn't work out for my but maybe you'll have better luck. 3 stars is the best and worst I can give.

Unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend this location! I was working with Marquis. And towards the end of my transaction the commitments that were made to me dropped. I tried calling several times to get a direct answer but I got nothing. Called the main line and they were more helpful. I enjoyed my begin interactions with my sales person, but after I paid I felt my services from him shifted.

No lie is too outrageous for these clowns to tell. I traded in a 2017 Camaro Convertible with 28000 miles and the sales manager complains that the tires are 5 years old??? And then the same clown tells me my tranny is slipping. When he learns the car has an extended warranty, he wants me to participate in insurance fraud and file a claim. Then, after trading the car in I continue receiving Carfax updates and guess what? NO TRANNy SERVICE PERFORMED. Then I don't give the staff all 10s on their Chevy Survey and the Salesman, Phil Peachey, send me insulting texts sweating at me. Avoid these clowns at all cost.

Can you imagine going somewhere for help and being completely frustrated with the sales person how can a repair situation be handled by a sales person Tammy is incompetent if you see this woman one I will be on here every single day trying to warn as many people as I can about Derek Childs which is the district manager there who doesn't care about anything else but sales you're there for car repairs and they're still trying to upsell you and take away any dignity or value that you may hold I'm telling you the corporate office I'm about to call them right now and let them know how the employees behave in the sight of any African-American if you want respect never stepped in that place Please don't enter that building please don't do it if you need car repairs go somewhere else there a car dealerships up and down that place don't answer it I'll be back on here tomorrow just as a warning Tammy

Why make an appointment when it still takes days for your car to be looked at? No loaners and you can't even get a rental through warranty until they make the diagnosis DAYS after your appointment. When I asked about a loaner Justin slapped a yellow piece of paper down in front of me that said they do not give loaners- I mean you could've just told me that. I watched multiple people leave because despite having an appointment they wouldn't have their cars even looked at. I guess you are supposed to use vacation days to take off of work. Service appointments need a better system, because what's in place, my five year old could manage better. Update- service manager Justin called my husband and tried playing he said she said game since I was the one who dropped the car off. Totally unprofessional service manager

I bought a 2022 Tahoe premier, a true GM piece of trash. More don't work than does. I already ordered a new vehicle 5100 miles. The back door rattles like it's going to fall off. Took to the chevy body shop he played with it same. This is my 67th new vehicle, I never bought chevy always herd bad things. Now I know better. The salesperson could not even call on star at the dealer. Pure trash. Autonation chevy!!! my friends won't go there. Read down the other reviews all bad, that's says it all. My new vehicle will be in in 3 weeks. The salesperson could not contact on star to make everything work and could not connect with them. I knew trouble was coming. Never GM again.

I'm finding their service dept very frustrating. They've had my one yr old (under warranty) chevy equinox for a week, as water is leaking into the back of it when it rains. It's next to imposssible to talk to a live person or find out the status. Whenever you call, the phone just rings or if you're lucky, you get a message, but then no one calls you back. When you actually talk to someone it's a person at the call center. Though I do admit they've been very helpful and empathetic... they're NOT on the premises and can really only tell you so much. Now I understand some of the people who've been involved with the car may be, or been, out with covid. I can understand that, but if there was no one available to work on my car, I should have been told so I had the choice of using it, instead of it just sitting there. Because of lack of transportation I've had to cancel several appts, and unable to reschedule as no idea of when I'll get the car back. If I'd known it was going to be anything like it is, I would have insisted on a rental car!

Sold me a car with a bad transmission that they were supposed to fix previously under a different name owner. Warranty wouldn't cover the repair because they had "already fixed it". They denied me service and completely ignored me. This dealership is the DEFINITION of SHADY!!!!! Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off!!!!!

The maintenance and repair area is super unprofessional. Second time I've been here and it takes a while to even be acknowledged. 8 advisors in the office and no one says "hello, how may I help you?" They just ignore you until you stand there long enough or you ask to be helped which is unacceptable. Andrew was my agent today and then after 10-15 minutes of being ignored, he asked if I was being helped. He was to my far left while I was in front of 6 other agents who clearly saw I was there there. Even though he was the only agent to acknowledge me, I do have to give him his credit. Andrew was nice, informative and helpful but I was so appealed and annoyed at the level of unprofessionalism, I just didn't want to stay and wait and took a ride back home until they're finished. So I will only be doing drop offs going forward since it's unfortunately the closest location to me and they don't offer pick up and delivery, which I wish they did so I could avoid them completely. Do better and get proper customer service and professional training. I'll give credit where it's due to individuals advisors, but don't expect great service here. The rest of the other reviews says it all.
