This AutoNation Collision has the best Corvette collision repair technician in Florida. Brian is not only extremely knowledgeable of Vettes, he treats as if they were his own. Have had two fairly expensive collisions and his work is beyond reproach. I would not consider taking a Vette to any other collision shop in Orlando.

If you like being ignored, lied to, and treated like an inconvenience, this is your place.
Called multiple times—each time I was immediately put on hold without a single word as soon as they knew who was calling or saw my caller ID. But when I hid my caller ID? Magically, they spoke human and answered right away like they were waiting to win a radio contest. When I asked why I was put on hold, I got the classic “that wasn’t me.” Must’ve been the evil twin receptionist. And when I asked for the manager? “He’s out.” Of course he is. Probably out training on advanced call avoidance.
It’s impressive how quickly they can dodge accountability but can’t pick up a phone with basic courtesy. I can’t speak to the quality of their body work—because they clearly have no interest in doing any.

This auto center has had my car for over 4 weeks. Everytime I call or my wife calls, there is a different excuse. They have no empathy or concern. They offer BS on each call. All I had was a dent and broken headlight on the front passenger side.

If I could give no stars I would. Picked up my vehicle after being t-boned. Within 15 min my car was making horrible noises. 3 days later entire suspension was gone. After being brought back I was told my Cadillac was like that before the wreck. Compressor was shot, air bags not functioning and let me leave the parking lot with my special needs child. Zero accountability. Cost another 4800 to make my car drivable. DO NOT bring your car to them. If a proper diagnostic was done on the car as they claimed it was before it left their parking lot, any or all of these things would have shown up. They clearly didn’t do their job. Dropped the ball and wouldn’t own up to it. Complete negligence. Anything that they will write in response to this will be a complete LIE. Again, a diagnostic would have shown that my car was obviously not in pre accident condition when returned. I was born at night but it wasn’t last night.

We had a problem with our rental and customer service via phone told us to go to this location to switch out our vehicle. When we arrived, we were told to go to the airport to swap out. My suggestion to customer service, prior to any customer making the trip, make sure a vehicle is in stock.

I had gotten into an accident with my 2020 Camry. I didn’t want anyone besides a Toyota shop working on my vehicle as I am very picky about my car. Rest assured this shop exceeded my expectations not only did my vehicle come out perfect but my representative Cindy Egan was very honest and forth coming with every issue they encountered along the repair process as well as keep me informed with every step. All in all would highly recommend this shop as I plan on returning to them to fix some slight paint damage in the near future.

Cindy and Denise did a fantastic job guiding me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. They were easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and kept me updated me throughout the process. My neighbor backed into my vehicle as she was reversing from her driveway. It took a month of visiting the state farm approved collision recommended facilities until i found one, Autonation, where i was not treated poorly and they were truthful. I wish they had been the first ones i contacted to mitigate lost time and having to take off work for an estimate. My point of contact at Autonation was Tom. His efforts in treating me with respect and honesty were exceptional. When he was with a client, the other two ladies in the office were ready and offered to help. The office was clean and professional looking unlike any of the other 5 repair facilities i had looked at prior to coming to Autonation. Autonation collision was absolutely amazing and i will definitely be referring others. Thank you Auotnation collision team! Wendy

Tmr was great I was a little hesitant to picking a shop to fix my car but this place was great. Tom guided me though the whole thing and kept in contact with me via email and would update me all the time. I got my car back in less than a week and a half. Thank you!
