They were slow the employees came to me and asked what was wrong with my car when I got that they didn’t even came to my car. I had to wait one hour. I told them what’s wrong with my car and then they took it to fix it and then now they didn’t even give me a rental car And they said idc And I had to order Uber for one week to go wherever I needed to and then when I got there the week later, they said you don’t have a car getting fixed here and then I had to argue with them But I did get my vehicle back.

Update, the service department have Jeffrey who is wonderful with the check-ups of my Trax. The car came with a few system issues but he went above and beyond with the Chevy technicians to reset the system and also wipe clean the software with USB to fix the issue.

My first experience at Chevy AutoNation for a service and I was pleasantly surprised at how great the experience was. The first person I met was Mateo, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Then Omar helped me and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Both of them went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. This visit was outstanding — I’d be happy to go back!

Had an AutoNation vehicle transferred from another site to be picked up locally. They pointed me to a table and know one bothered to approach us. We sat there 45 minutes waiting to have our new vehicle prepared. They wouldn't even put on a temporary plate because we didn't purchase it from their site. They left all the advertising stickers on all the windows which was impossible to drive until we removed them all. I could go on for hours but why waste my time. I'm going back to Carmax from now on. This entire experience was a disgrace.

I was looking online for a good price on a certain truck model. I found a really good price and was skeptical of the low price. I've read reviews of dealerships pulling a bait and switch or telling people the exact vehicle is in stock, only to rug sweep them when they drive hours to get there. I inquired at a few dealerships about this model of truck. AutoNation emailed me back within minutes. The other dealerships either didn't reply or took days to respond. I asked if this exact truck was still available and if the price was the same as advertised, as I am driving about an hour and a half one way. Kenneth assured me it was, notified me of the additional dealership fee, and we scheduled for me to come in the following day. His response time to every email was quick.
When I got there, Kenneth was very professional and not pushy. I hate high pressure sales. I will not buy anything if being pressured. Kenneth had the vehicle ready by the time I came. We went for a test drive and everything checked out. We got the preliminaries completed and a finance company approved me. He then passed me to Ismael.
Ismael went over the details and finalized the paperwork. The way we were talking was as if we were high school friends that haven't seen each other in ten years. I told him I wouldn't want have wanted any other salesman than Kenneth. I didn't feel any fake salesman conversation from either of them. Genuine conversations and good vibes. I think these two guys deserve a raise and promotions. The last dealership I went to, which I previously bought a car and had a good experience, hired a new guy who was a desperate high pressure salesman, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. These two guys were a breath of fresh air.
I had a good experience with both of them. I never felt pressured, very easy going, and an easy process. Plus they had hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill. If it wasn't so far away from me, I'd go here for every single oil change. This is how every dealership should be like and these are the type of people that should be in those dealerships. Any future vehicle purchases from me will be at this dealership mainly because of the employees, as long as they don't switch up their formula.
