I’ve had a very frustrating experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Orlando. I’ve had to bring my truck back at least five separate times to address issues that should have been resolved the first time. Not only did the initial repair take several weeks longer than originally promised, but many of the issues still weren’t properly fixed. They use after market parts and aren’t skilled at making professional repairs.
One of the most disappointing parts of this experience was having to go to another shop just to get my camper shell reinstalled correctly. Nearly a year later, I’m still dealing with problems like leaking windows that should have been addressed long ago.
To their credit, the staff has been responsive and has made multiple attempts to correct the issues—but unfortunately, they’ve fallen short each time. I expected better quality and accountability, especially from a nationally recognized name like AutoNation.
I highly recommend looking somewhere else if you need auto body repair. I’ve used caliber collision on several occasions in multiple states and never had issues like I have with AutoNation collision center

From the day I arrived there I received incredible service from Jafet. He listened to my concerns with my car, followed up with me to let me know about the progress and was always very kind, contrary to Greenway, where there treated me like I was taking time up from their day. Would 100% recommend! And ask for Jafet!
(And thank you to the people who worked on my car, it looks amazing. )

This collision center for Toyota was great they did a fantastic job on my car and the time frame for the job was great was told it would be three weeks and it was done in half the time!I am so happy with their service! Thanks you Toyota for the excellent service and getting my car back to me!

This is our 2nd time using Autonation to fix our cars, they are great. James is the best. He keeps you up to date on all repairs and is very professional.

Avoid! We worked with James after a fender bender with a 2020 Nissan Rogue and had a claim through State Farm against the at fault driver, i had to do all the work there but more importanty we received the car back in terrible condition. The back corner panels would flop so bad and then almost every plastic screw was missing from the trim pieces both sides. Unacceptable repairs.

Extremely pleased with the results and well I was appraised of what would be done. Excellent work. Car was clean when I got it back. Paint match was perfect and my car is a 2016 Lexus.

Don’t buy from this dealership!!!!!!!!
Bought a “certified pre owned” vehicle with Wilton and he said a couple of issue would be repaired after the purchase of the vehicle. While going through the paper work I noticed nothing was in writing to repair, and I asked if the repairs should be in writing and he assured his word is good. (Wilton’s word is not good)
A week later after driving on the highway I noticed a wobble after exceeding 70mph and notified Wilton via email (no response).
I brought my truck up to have all the repairs made and wasted two days to only have the tires rotated and not repair any of the issues?
It’s been three months and no response from 20+ voicemails and texts) This dealership is a money grab and does not sell quality vehicles nor cater to customer service. Wilton, Frans, and Glynn have been horrible to work with at this point. This place deserves negative stars. Autonation needs to address some issues with sales and service.

I was sideswiped last year in October. The at-fault’s insurance sent me to another collision center because AutoNation was not on their list of preferred vendors. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. Some of the pictures included show how my car was returned to me from this other collision center. I brought my car to Zach and Billy at AutoNation. They worked to reopen the claim, and restored my car to perfect condition. Although my first plan is to never get in an accident again, if something should occur, I will never go to another collision center other than AutoNation on East Colonial. I highly recommend them.

Great service! I backed my car into a wall and badly damaged the trunk and side light. After the repairs, my car looks like new. Very good service!
