I came in for an oil change and a retro fit for my rear parking sensors. After that was done they told me I needed a new tire pressure sensor which after labor costs would be about $200. I asked why is it broken now when it was working just fine when I brought it in. The service writer told me after they reprogrammed the car for the retrofit it caused a fault in the tire sensor.
Now in my mind that should mean the dealership would cover the cost. Because I didn't cause the parking sensor to be broken. It was broken the day I bought the vehicle. I was told it was because of a parts shortage from covid.
I've called the manager multiple time and he has never called me back. The operators of their call line have tried to transfer me to him multiple times as well and he is always busy.
As a last resort I called chevrolet customer service and they are now handling the case.
I personally was a tech with nissan for many years and still work closely with polaris. If we ever cause a problem on someone's vehicle we of course fix it, no questions asked. First time in my life a dealership caused a problem and then told me I need to fix it.

I left my truck to be repaired, it took a little longer than expected but the entire time they were in contact and gave me the support I needed. I will continue to have all repairs done with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial.

Very good exp! Over the phone conversation rep. Daniel helped me. Walked me through problems with the vehicle gave me a few different options, and when they were finished hit me up told me that the car is ready for pick up! So overall good!

Took my vehicle in for it's 1st service. Oil change, tire rotation and 22 point inspection is what I was told would be done. AutoNation changed the oil then parked my car outside in the rain with the windows down. Never rotated the tires. Went to tell my service advisor and he took it back the 2nd time. They rotated the tires but never checked the pressure. Drove it about 2 miles then returned for them to take it back a 3rd time to fill the tires. After this experience I'm almost certain nothing else was checked.

I went in over 2 weeks ago was told they would contact me next day for information on when the tire would be in to fix it and I have yet to hear back I have called the dealership and the service center and no one has returned my calls and I have been airing up my tire 2-3 times a day. If it wasn't under warranty I would go elsewhere. The service center used to give great service here but they have gone down hill and no one cares

Price for oil change and tire rotation on 2023 Chevy Equinox RS $184 wow!!!!!
Got service done washer fluid spilled all over fenders newly detailed back vehicle and greasy finger prints on doors and steering wheel handed keys to my car and had to find it sitting outside of service with seat cover steering wheel cover tag still in vehicle … not very professional service dept first and last time there for sure
