I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Robert! He was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. I had issues with my car battery, and he helped check it, replace it, and made my visit so much easier.

I went to AutoZone ( store 6135 ) Tuesday morning 12/3/24.. Robert Hall was the associate that helped me. My car had died on me ( needed a new battery ) and he was extremely helpful, replaced it, tested everything before I left. Also purchase a glue that was needed and he knew the correct product I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have had. It was refreshing to deal with a person that enjoyed his work . Will definitely go back in the future as needed for my car.
