Thanks to Alexandria i was able to find out exactly what was the problem with my 2005 Buick rendezvous and she was tremendously helpful i will definitely seek her help if needed

The staff was extremely helpful and amazing! They tested and replaced my battery in less than five minutes and we're a real pleasure. I would drive out of my way to come specifically here.

Great customer service. I came in looking for materials to replace a break light not expecting them to do it for me. Gabriel was so kind and the store was very slow and he could see I clearly was about to jump into a YouTube video and helped me out. So amazing and polite, I know where to get all supplies in the future!

Went in for a battery check , was able to get my battery checked and needed a replacement. Then instead of finishing up with me the current customer , the manager delegated the employee to check 3 batteries prior to my installation. Once asked can the employee complete the installation and then check the other customers batteries that came in after me she stays “ no since a free service, essentially I would have to wait for my installation.” And he needs to check the batteries. That was completely unprofessional and the delegation of employees was not the best. Emmanuel I rank you 5/5 thank you for taking care of me and delivering great customer service . The manager which is a short women black hair, Alexandra if I’m not mistaken please do better next time and respect customer’s time despite it being a free service.

...would be good to find someone that clean the mess behind the store by the homeless tent people who lives there., not good having only a couple of employees as you have to wait a long time in the line to pay for an expensive quart of oil................
