Being that this is a larger store, it was definitely a bit busy. It was my 4th Auto Zone of the day in search of a new battery for my car. The first, battery checking machine was broken. The second, was able to check and confirm my battery was bad but did not carry it. The third, did not have the correct battery. The fourth and final stop had everything I needed. They were very nice and were able to get me what I needed.

They don't list my car!!! I have a mazda 3 hatchback. However when you select your vehicle, they only offer mazda 3 as a selection. This results in wrong parts ordered. Mazda 3 hatchback has different part numbers for certain items than the Mazda 3. I'll never order online again!!!

Kept getting put on hold for over an hour just trying to check for a part! What kind of help do they have working for them? Garbage.

Alex manager is the best at commercial. And ziya the store manager there the best, he treated the employees like family and I was beyond grateful for the store manager he go above and beyond for me when I needed help I will take the time has a prior law enforcement to say the store managers deserve a raise and a promotion, he got the best store, very clean and organized from the owner you have no idea how much effort the store manager and Alex be putting on a daily basis. They deserve a reward it was my pleasure and honor for working for them.The commercial drivers deserve more than $12.65 hours that’s a disgrace when they promised $15. Hours, All they have is good promises.seriously this company pay the worst I ever see . Everything is high how anyone could survive on this pocket change and pay every two weeks. The commercial driver and Hub drivers deserve more . Is a great company to work for, but not enough money for the drivers.

Came in for a car jack. Priced some out and decided to go with the Duralast one with the case for $114. The store is fairly clean and rather busy at 4:30pm in the afternoon. Everyone was really nice. 10/10

Can't reach them by phone. They repeatedly put me on hold everytime and never picked up again. 26 minutes oh hold. I couldn't find out if they had the part I needed, and since I couldn't go there without knowing, I had to go elsewhere.

Anthony at Autozone store 410 is an absolute blessing! My boyfriend and I were pretty much stranded after a long day out at Disney, due to burning through our transmission fluid. The store was actually closed for maintenance but Anthony saw how distressed we were since we are actually from Fort Myers and not Orlando, and decided to help us out even though he was off the clock. He took us to store 419 where Johathan Siberon helped us out in finding the correct fluid to use and other tools we needed; even though that store was also close to closing as well. Anthony from the hub store stayed with us pretty much into 1 a.m. until he was sure we were good and could make it home. These men were a God send. Any time we are in town and need any parts or questions we will definitely be visiting Anthony at store 410!

Less than 1 star. Horrible, had to repeat myself several times when my phone is fine. Was put on hold after being calm. Doesn't seem to know what I was talking about and they're car experts supposedly.
