Clean and organized. Overpriced on most items as you would expect. All I purchased was car detail products. Three employees were present, none of whom greeted me or offered to assist. They didn't seem to care that I was there. They were having a pretty animated conversation, while they sang and danced to some music. This was just a 911 stop and I typically do not go in to these types of retailers. And I definitely won't be going back.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE!! The worst AutoZone in Kissimmee!! I give it 1 star because I can't give it a 0. The worst experience I've ever had, bad service from the worker and the man who apparently is the manager who we asked for a favor and he completely ignored us, as if we weren't there. I arrived with an emergency with my car battery that needed to be replaced since the car did not want to start and I was left stranded in the middle of the shopping center. I arrived at 8:54 pm and they didn't want to help me because they closed at 9 pm. There were still 6 minutes left until closing “time”. Really? Learn to be kinder and understand people who have emergencies.
