Today 3/16/2025 at 7:30pm I arrived at the store to buy which when I walked through the door the guy in gray khaki and the employee stared at each other and commented among themselves that they were afraid I was going to rob him. Then when I went to pay they refused and with a hostile and rude attitude to process my purchase since it was in cash and they did not want to process cash only card, it was still 7:40 and we were not close to closing time my only payment method was cash since I did not have my cards with me which they told me they could not and to come back the other day if I wanted to pay in cash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT CRAPPY AUTOZONE WITH THOSE MEDIOCRE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT BETTER GO TO THE OTHER AUTOZONE IN PA GOLDENROD WHICH PROCESSED MY PAYMENT AND I WAS ABLE TO HAVE MY ITEMS They are mediocre and useless

Well I had a chance to talk to what looked like a teenage girl or someone who said they speak very little English! Will not go back because I speak English! Waste of time

I am shocked at the customer service I just received at this store. I absolutely love Autozone always received great service until I came into this store today. Noel a MANAGER at this store was extremely rude & sarcastic. When my friend & I went to buy oil for my vehicle Noel asked a question regarding the type of car that both me and my friend were unsure of so we paused to think and then answered. Noel then says in a very rude and sarcastic way “are you sure because the look on your face tells me you don’t” The comment was totally unnecessary and it was embarrassing for him to say that in front of everyone. Noel is extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend any of my friends to come to this store. Highly disappointed in the customer service I received today especially from a manager!

I would not recommend going to this location choose any other one in the area
Dude was incompetent and told me the box had to be unopened to return it when I’ve returned the same item in the past for not needing it in the end the employee also wanted to be condescending telling me “this isn’t no $10 bulb it’s a expensive one” like obviously bro that’s why i wanna make sure if it doesn’t fix my issue i can return it
Employee was just lazy and didn’t wanna do his job went to a different location and got told right away they’d accept it even if the box was torn from opening
Honestly would give a -5 stars if i could

Had an issue with my car battery and thought I needed a new battery. Luis checked my vehicle and found out that it was actually a minor issue and fixed it. I didn't need a new battery and he saved us hundreds of dollars.

The employees are disrespectful, I took out my cigar, very despotic and very despotic and with total lack of respect, this employee in very bad form and aggressiveness told me that you couldn't smoke, so simple as telling me that you can't, I would have kept it but it seems that already There is no common sense, I will not return, more disrespect, choose your work staff better.
