I came in and asked the lady in the red shirt if she could do a check because my check engine light came on. The lady told me that I can do it myself. I let her know I have never used that machine before and I have been coming to auto-zone for 20 years and the person working there would check it for me. She said, “Yes you can go hook it up yourself”. Thankfully Angel the lady in the gray shirt overheard the conversation and offered to help. She was super sweet and super kind, she even asked how my day was going. She is an example of an great auto-zone worker

My car was dead in the parking lot because of a bad battery and I went in to buy a battery and I was helped by Holly. She was very attentive and helpful. She went outside and made sure the new battery measured the same cranking amps as the old one. She even swapped out the old battery out and installed the new one like a bad ass!

Eli Alvarez Store 2456. at Auto Zone gave great service. I went with car problem and was able to get the problem resolved. He showed great interest in helping me and went out of his way to check car outside and do a testing,that showed what part was damaged. I am very happy to recommend.

The manager here is very racist and does not respect her employees. Yesterday while I was shopping I overheard someone by the name of Sandy talking about one of the other employees making racist remarks in Spanish unknowingly that I am black and also speak Spanish. When confronted about the issue she did not apologize to me or the poor worker and instead just put me out of the store. I've been coming to this autozone for years so it's very disappointing and disheartening to hear such remarks towards black people and I no longer feel comfortable shopping or spending my money here if this is the type of people that get hired as managers.

Out of all the local AutoZone stores this one is the worst. Rude and ignorant staff. Literally watched one of the employees argue with customer that his car that he showed up in did not exist because she couldn't find it on a drop down menu, it was a kia sorrento in the parking lot. It's the only AutoZone that flat out refuses to look up commercial accounts after like 6:00 p.m. Hope they close this branch.
