First time coming to this AutoZone and there was quite a line, granted I came on a Sunday afternoon. I just came to get my battery checked and replaced. Even during a busy time, the staff was very informative and kind. Yes, I did wait a bit to be helped but the replacement service was quick and easy which I appreciate. I felt good and confident in the service that was performed as I was leaving the shop!

This is my go-to Autozone! Ilia and Steven are a great team and they work together to make sure you get all the information and help you need. They were super friendly and super knowledgeable and when I walked in there with anxiety about little lights that were showing up on my dashboard, they put me to ease and connected my car up to their reading device. They assured me that my car was fine but did need its electrical system fixed, and I am so grateful for all of their help. If you ever visit this location, Ilia and Steven are the perfect people to be helped by.

The AutoZone employee that helped me today was Ivis Agosto at Store 4830. She found the correct turn signal bulbs I needed for my car and even installed them in this Florida heat!! I am so grateful I was able to get the correct parts from the store and excellent service from Ivis (10 out of 10)! Thanks again!☺️

Super friendly staff.I’m generally here only to dump our used motor oil and filter.Love that you can pour and toss your motor oil jugs in the back and they even have a barrel to recycle motor oil filters.Advance Auto Parts does not recycle oil filters and tells you to just toss it in the trash.According to Orange County’s recycling website, we are not to recycle empty motor oil bottles/jugs in the normal plastic recycle bin. You’re supposed to toss it straight into the trash even though it’s a plastic container and empty of new/used motor oil.Only learned of this recently and thought I’d share it.Overall, very clean location and love the fact that the recycling container here allows for dumping of additional fluids such as transmission and brake fluid.

My car battery stopped working at the gas station which was down the parking lot from Auto Zone. Manager Wilfredo Sbu took my keys, walked to my car, jump started the car and brought it back to the store! I purchased a new battery which he installed. Very nice man, I appreciated the service, I received. Would definitely recommend this store! Thanks again!

Store 4830 on goldenrod and more specifically store manager Wilfredo will forever have my gratitude. Earlier today my 70+ mother with a bum leg had a battery die at the gas station just down the street. I wasn’t able to get to her in a timely manner so she walked down to the store and Wilfredo went far above and beyond in helping her. He walked down the street, managed to get her car started, drove it back and replaced her battery. As a son, I couldn’t be more proud of humanity today and thankful someone cared for my mother when I was unable.

I buy all my car supplies and car batteries from Autozone. Store 4830 on Goldenrod Road in Orlando. FL 32822. I had my car battery die on April 7. 2023 and I went back to this store to get a replacement. It was a 3 year Warranty battery and it had only been 10 months. After charging the battery for 45 minutes, the battery was not fully charging. Store Manager Wilfredo, graciously installed a new battery for me. He was very professional, patient and personable. They have a customer for life now; due to the customer service I was shown. Thank you!
