The store looked nice and clean. They have probably the laziest staff I’ve seen in a while. I came in to buy antifreeze and not one of the staff that was standing around greeted me or tried to help me. I just went ahead and purchased it on Amazon.I’d rather give Amazon my money than help the lazy staff stay employed at this location.

Both the regular and spare remote keys for my husband's Infiniti Q 60 were not working. I took them to Auto Zone and was greeted by Mr. BA.W. who took the time to help me find the right batteries and replace them as well. I am so grateful for his expertise and patience. He made a somewhat troublesome start to the day worry and hassle-free. Every time I visit this store it is a positive experience.

Nathan at the other AutoZone had terrible customer service so I came here instead. Thankfully, Ryan at this AutoZone knew how to help. I asked the same exact question I had asked Nathan at the other AutoZone, and Ryan actually *asked* what type of car I drive… Nathan at the other AutoZone, have you ever heard of the concept of asking in customer service? It is very helpful. Ryan came out to my car and kindly let me know they could not replace my battery due to my cars design. Thanks Ryan !

In today's world (based on my experiences), it is difficult to encounter sales people that are willing to go out of their way to help a customer when there's a problem or a solution is not "obvious". Fortunately for us, that was not the case with AutoZone's Smiley L. who is the Parts Sales & Store Manager @ Store 4960, Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando.Words cannot adequately express how grateful we are for her taking the time and effort to help us, but I will try. First, I have to share the backstory.We purchased a battery online at the height of COVID-19 that died but was still under warranty. It was purchased from another AutoZone (Store 6240). I signed into my online AutoZone account and was able to print the receipt. I called the purchasing store and was met with so much unpleasantness upon saying hello. The person who answered the phone couldn't find the purchase under my telephone number or my son's phone number (he purchased battery online). You'd think that person would consult with a manager to see if there was another way to find the purchase if I had the order number and store transaction number. Rather, in a not so nice way, she told me, the only way to find a purchase was by phone number and I had to bring the receipt in. Boy, was she was wrong!I purposed not to go back to that neighborhood AutoZone#6240 and was very thankful to find out from AutoZone Store 4765 on Kirkman Rd that I could return the battery to any store and, he even told me what store had the battery in stock.Back to Smiley L. This young woman stepped in and stepped up to resolve the issue with perseverance and wonderful customer care/service. It took a little time but she didn't stop searching until she resolved the issue. She was so professional, so kind and so patient as to keep calling until the matter was resolved. For stores that don't know, when no customer phone number is available, you (store personnel) find the information by putting in the Store number and Store Transaction ID contained on the receipt! How about that!If we hadn't gone to Smiley, I hazard to hunch I would have had to call their corporate office to resolve the issue. We will forever be grateful for the time Smiley took to help us resolve this issue. Amazingly, the same effort she extended to us, she did with customers on the phone and in store (it's a busy store). Even as she multitasked while we/she waited for directions from whomever she called in AutoZone operations, she treated everyone the same the same respect, courtesy and professionalism. Outstanding individual and outstanding customer service!Smiley, thank you and your staff (Justis) and others for your help and all the efforts put forth to successfully resolve this issue for us! Your service will always remembered!

Can't say enough positive about my great experience today! Smiley (yes that's her name) was exceptional. I have never borrowed tools from Autozone before today, nor have I attempted to replace ball joints. Not only did Smiley explain and make painless the process for borrowing tools, she also took the time and energy to make sure I had all of, and exactly the right tools to accomplish my project. She even pulled up an internet video to make sure I knew precisely what I'd be doing with the tools I borrowed. That's the kind of service I've not seen since I was kid! Thanks Smiley, and thanks Autozone gang. I'll be back soon.

I stopped by AutoZone on Old Winter Garden Rd I was helped by a lady named Smiley who helped me change my battery. The service was outstanding & she very helpful advice in regards to some of the other issues I am having. I would recommend her at any time. Great service.

On occasions I have to stop here, not because I want to. Most of the times if you asked an attendant they point you to an isle instead of assisting you, makes me nuts.
