I came this morning to purchase few items cashier was very rude I only asked to see if I was able to add my new vehicle into my rewards point but this guy was so rude asking me no need too just if I had a business account I ask for a manager and refused to call one and other fellow got into saying rude comments what kind of service is this I told them
Both not to talk back to customers and to stop denying manager on duty

First time here and was blown away by Brian’s customer service. We came to buy and install a new battery and Brian helped my husband and I. He even noticed that we needed a post shim and we quickly bought it inside and he put it in for us. The whole store also gets a big kudos too because the line was really long and they knocked it down pretty quick. Thank you Brian and the team!!

My mom and I went in to change her headlight. After purchasing the headlight 9102 (as directed by the cashier) tonight from the female cashier, we’d asked if somebody could assist us in changing the light. I couldn’t because I have an injury in both hands and my mom is 66 with arthritis. The cashier said “Ion know nothin’ bout that. I can’t and ain’t even gonna tell you any story ‘bout any light.” And continued to the conversation with coworkers (3 other present) which seemed more pressing for her (a convo complaining about other customer experiences). So I asked “would anyone be able to help?” To which a young man off to the side on another register said he can take a look at it. He came out and realized that the bulb she’d sold to us was incorrect and he switched it out for the correct one and refunded the difference. While refunding it, she commented saying “well the system said 9102.” And rolled her eyes. Which felt wildly unnecessary and odd. In her convo she said she was a manager apparently. Didn’t catch the name on her tag, but I don’t think she’s setting a great example for the new employee of 17 years old that was deep in the convo too. Brian the customer satisfaction manager changed it in 3-2-1 and now we had our problem resolved and could drive home at night. 5/5 stars for Brian, very very big thank you!! Brian made a big difference for what seemed like a small problem but had a few hurdles for us. 4/5 stars overall for the unwarranted frustration of the other girl that stemmed from her ongoing complaints to the others..we had no involvement and made no fuss with her.

I came today to get my car battery tested. The person testing it couldn't seem to figure out how to use the device for checking the battery life and eventually gave up. When I asked about getting a new battery they said since my battery was in my trunk they wouldn't take it out or install another for me.I was very confused as the battery was installed at AutoZone by an employee and every battery I've bought for something close to 15 years has been as well. I decided not to argue and to just go to another AutoZone on another side of town and they were able to properly test my battery and install my replacement in less than about 8 minutes. No fuss at all. When I told them what happened at the kirkman location they said it sounded like that employee maybe doesn't actually know what he is doing very much. I definitely won't be returning to this location again which is a shame because it is by far the closest.
