On January 27, 2024, I was at the Auto Zone store at 4765 Kirkman Road to buy a gas station for a car air conditioner. The middle one was next to the cash register on the shelf. Judging by the price, it cost $45.99. But when I went to the checkout, it turned out that the price was $57.99. I told the cashier that there was a different price on the shelf. The cashier called the manager, and he replied that, apparently, the buyer had delivered the goods incorrectly. I took a picture, and the photo shows that the product is simply incorrectly placed on the shelves and the price tags are not adjusted. I told the manager that by law they had to sell me the product at the price indicated on the shelf, but the cashier, the manager and the store employee refused to do this and sold the product at a different price. I am very upset and dissatisfied with all this

I came here with a friend and we were in and out, the staff was helpful to a point but at checkout did not want to add my rewards number to the transaction claiming I "told him about it after he already hung up the items" which was not true. I hope this feedback reaches the right people in order to improve their customer experience.

They don't attend us Property because they are ready to close . Really you have an schedule. And that's no the way to treat customers. Lazy people. The new generation . So sad for the owner get people that wants to work properly .3 people no one wants to move a finger .

Nathan at the desk couldn’t care less about his job. I walked up and said “good morning I need to get my battery replaced” he said “okay?” And shrugged and stared at me I asked if I needed to grab one from the store? He just stared at me…. I said “ are you able to grab me a battery for a Ford focus?” He said “there we go” and shook his head. He said is it an “ SE or ST” I said “im not sure I believe it’s an SE” he said “I’m not sure either…” I told him I’d go elsewhere never mind and he stared at me and said “okay bye”… seriously? Yikes.

Best Auto Zone in Orlando by Far!! I came in with a question it got answered and even more on top of that. Got my product ,and I was out the door. Used the product for my car and it works great. Definitely will only go to this AutoZone as long as my car allows me.

First time here, and I just had a nice experience. I stopped by to buy a gas tank cap for a 1999 Camry, and they had quite many options available. AutoZone is a very clean and organized auto parts store. Their parts inventory is amazing! I highly recommend this store.

I just purchased some supplies and the lady at the front counter demonstrated terrible customer service. She was texting on her phone while she asked if I was using a debit card and I responded yes, she then proceeds to walk away and go to a different counter without asking me to follow her. She then scans the products and walks back to another counter and continues texting. I’m sure the owner of the store would not accept such behavior. It’s obvious she does not care about her job or her quality of work.
