I went into the store buying parts for a car i was working on. I was greeted and helped right away. Michael M had tremendous customer service I had to leave a review. He was alone in the front of the store and had a line of people approaching and called for help when he could have ignored all those people and chose to help me with a long list of parts I had. From start to finish extremely professional and helpful. Don't let this kid go if you want a good employee! Thanks again Mike!

Hands down the best autozone in and around Orlando. I'm a frequent to them all and none has been as helpful as this store. Either he's the GM or a supervisor, but Micheal provided great service and insight to my fuel pump replacement that saved me hours of extra work. And it was super busy so watching him direct the line of customers and answering phone calls all while helping me was truly impressive because I didn't feel rushed in any way and he had an answer for every question I had. Phenomenal service 👏

This afternoon I stopped in to your store and was received exceptionally helpful service. I needed to replace a back-up light which I was helped with. Then I mentioned that I was having issues with my catalytic converter and your guy, Feliciano told me about a product you sell that could help me. I was so happy to learn that my problem could be remedied without having to replace the converter! Will it work? Maybe. Anyhow, I am so happy that I learned about this product. Feliciano is a great advertisement for Auto Zone and he’s one of the reasons Auto Zone is my store of choice when I need auto parts and accessories.

The place is terrible with the new staff there now. Worst. I went to want to change a part of the Me Equiboque car during the purchase and with a guarantee the part did not want to change it. I have never looked at something like that but these are people who suck at life. And he doesn't treat clients like that. The manager doesn't do it. The new one there. Terrible seller
