Guy said he’s been there for 30 years yet does not know how to talk to any type of customer. Horrible customer service never had a problem with advance auto parts. I suggest you guys try them

I went there because I have a battery light on they tested my battery and said I have electric issues in my car then I went to advance auto they tested my alternator and I buy a new one there my experience poor service for autozone.

These people offer scanning service and are never willing to give it. They always say the machine doesn't work. They are mean. This has happened to me a couple of times. I do not recommend this store.

This is an exceptional store. They go above and beyond to service people. I was en route to the highway and realized I had a flat tire, it was quite severe so I turned into Autozone. First of all, I'm so grateful that they are open late! I asked them for help and even though they do not offer that service, Bryan, was gracious enough to help me change my flat to the spare. Then my spare was flat! But not to worry, Bryan came to the rescue again and had a portable inflator so he was able to inflate my tire. So amazing! He didn't have to do any of this, yet he did! I had to wait until the next day to get my tire fixed because no other auto store was open. But Bryan took such great care of me that I was safely able to take my car in to replace the flat tire.

Came here after valvoline told me my battery “needed to be replaced asap!” keep in mind this battery isn’t even a year old. Got it tested at Autozone and was told the battery was completely fine. Really appreciate that they were honest with me! Will definitely come back!
