The lady behind the desk must get paid off of toll packages or something. We were denied a rental because our credit was "pulled". A quick look into that proved it to be a lie. Will never try to rent with avis again. Have had experience with other companies and no problems.

Booked my rental from the airport, but when I realized there was an Avis inside the resort (huge plus!), I modified my reservations so that the car could be picked up from the hotel and dropped off at the airport. Everyone that helped me out from Avis was amazing, Marquis and there was another agent as well. Such great service, definitely adds to all the plus points of this resort.

We rented two cars for two different days during our trip in Orlando. The first time, we overpaid because we didnt pay online. The second time, they overcharged us and said it was our fault because we gave the key back one hour late. But when we checked our contract it was clearly indicated that we could have give it back one hour later. Also, we realized after arguing with the employee that we gave the key at 10 AM and she checked our rental out at 11:30 AM, so 1:30 hour later. We are waiting for the manager to call to refund us. We are very dissapointed and feeling that Avis is steeling money from us. Be aware, make sure to chek your final bill before leaving the hotel. It is the only thing that went wrong during our trip to Universal Studio.

Friendly and helpful staff! I had originally rented a car from the airport and when I arrived at the Hotel, I noticed they had an Avis Rental Car. I wanted to change my rental as the car I got from the airpot was too big for what I was used to driving. They were able to accommodate the change and made it very easy so I did not have to drive back to the airport to do the exchange. Thanks!

Don't use this company or location. Car was dirty and covered in dog hair, had done 55000+ miles and had brakes that shuddered. They tried to show a full tank but luckily I checked and was only 3/4. Obviously a mistake ?.I then check credit card account and they have taken an unauthorised payment for hire despite this being prepaid in advance. I have hired cars all around the world and I can safely say this is singularly the worst car hire company and location I have dealt with. I am current waiting on them returning from an extended lunch break 80+ minutes and waiting to try and resolve the unauthorized payment. Note photo taken by passenger and not driver ????

I hired a car for a day in order to make a trip to Clearwater beach and watch a SpaceX shuttle launch. I would highly recommend pre-booking your vehicle online before enquiring at the desk as I found that the prices quoted online and at the desk varied quite a bit. Also, check the cover included as this is also something that varies and it isn’t made massively clear on the website. Also, coming from the UK I found that booking through the UK site is slightly cheaper and includes the necessary cover as standard with the agreement. The staff aren’t massively approachable but the vehicle we received was clean and in good condition and no extra charges that were out of the ordinary were billed to my card afterwards.

I had an absolute emergency and Grace came to the rescue.I was on the phone for 2 hours and 3 other car rental companies. Everyone was sold out or didn’t want to assist that I had previously spoken to.The final person I called was Grace and she went above and beyond. Extra mile service and got me into a car, educated me on everything I needed and allowed me peace of mind in one of the most stressful portions of the trip.THANK YOU GRACE at dockside!!!
