Rented a car Wednesday Feb 7 2024 first time to use as a yber driver, I don't have enough money to spent, the car showed the check maintenance soon, toyota camry 2020, could not use it because uber don't have the car info, where Avis supposedly have to linked my info as a renter to them, in the app showed no car, called 3 times,but was directed to the general customer service ,whom told me that they could link the account today is Friday, still no info in uber app, plus the registration in the car is expired,going today when they open to find a solution, 1.refunded me the money or gave me a car that do not have issues, and properly linked to the uber account. 2 a car with not expired documents that is why I rented for only 7 days ,which already lost 3.

Aradis & Sahily at the AVIS rental office at 6363 E Colonial Dr in Orlando provided me with great customer service.I had arrived a few minutes before closing and neither Aradis nor Sahily made me feel rushed during the rental process. Also, neither of them pressured me into getting any extras and they both took the time and effort to explain the toll options. They make a great team and I highly recommend this location based on my experience here thus far.

Fellow Uber drivers don't rent from this location. Just some friendly advice. My boyfriend is going to end up losing money not making any with the car they rented him.

If you are an Uber driver try your hardest to not use this location they are completely unprofessional and will make sure you are unable to work . They will close your account on a Friday knowing it is the busy time for Uber they will double bill you and also bill you on incorrect days after extending your Uber rental agreement. They should be reported for what they do to the Uber renters .

I must agree with others who commented. The manager at this location is absolutely horrible. Arrogant, uses discriminatory pricing, no professional demeanor and promotes a feeling of superiority over customers to other employees.Never available by phone and rude if you ask any questions, including about how best to work or communicate with them.When I brought a case number from Avis customer support he told me I was a liar and had no case. He refused to look it up. When I questioned my billing which changes every week in amount, he gave an illogical explanation. I accepted with no argument and decided to see what happened the following week.The following week I could not get anyone on the phone again. A couple hours after my renewal time I was alerted of an Avis charge (the highest by $54 in a month) and received and email receipt. He called me saying my card could not go through. I said my card was just charged $350 and he argued that it was not. He does not understand how customers see the charges and adjustments they make on their side; He doesn't care to.Basically for the weekly program, from what I figured myself... the renter has to have double rental amount available in the connected account every renewal day. Somehow this isn't necessary when they renew manually before the renewal time. And having a credit card doesn't seem to make a difference.Instead of listening or explaining, he began to attack me saying that I always argue with him and don't want to pay. That he isn't going to hunt down people to pay. I had been in there office once the previous week. I have been using their services for 5 weeks. All my payments have been on time and I had never questioned cost with him prior to these two events.On that one in person visit, I was asked to go in person by Avis customer support with my case number, otherwise I wouldn't have been in there. The previous week three pending charges of differing weekly rental amounts beyond the weekly charge were pulled from my bank the weekend before Christmas and released after Christmas. Customer support supposedly authorized a free week for the error before Christmas, but that never materialized.I accepted that too hoping we can move on clearly. Instead a week later this guy's attitude makes me want to blast AVIS as the worst company to do business with.

Left my car here and it got stolen! I believe the manager had something to do with it because he specifically told me it was ‘TOWED’… I guess they thought I wasn’t going to care about my car? So I filed a police report. Got in touch with the OWNER OF THE LOT! He told me; nothing has been towed out of his lot since he purchased it! I went back to the manger he changed his story and said.. I should not have left my car there, it is out of his control!!!!! Etc etc… one thing i know for sure it was Hispanics that stole my car! They were the only one who worked there! Smh!!!!! Every time I asked a question they act like they didn’t understand English only Spanish! Isn’t that Crazy? Come to America, steal cars. Then claim you don’t know English???? BUILD THAT WALLL! This is outta control!!! Oh yeah when I asked to see the cameras they claimed it was broken from the storm…. Smh

When I got there, I was extremely hesitant because I had never rented an Uber car. The lady that I dealt with was very nice extremely informative and answered all my questions I was given a 2021 Toyota corolla to start off with. It was silver. It was a newer car. I was actually kind of excited within 24 hours of getting the car. I started encountering issues. The brakes were having issues every time I break or was at a red light the whole car would shake. They advise me to go get an oil change which is what I did but continue to have issues so I called roadside service to make sure that I wasn’t going to be held responsible, they told me that I needed to bring the car back to the place that I rented it from so Friday morning. I brought the car back and I dealt with a gentleman who was very impatient and didn’t seem like he had the time for me he was not very nice. They gave me a Corolla. I didn’t even get halfway down the street before the check engine light and tire light came on the car was doing exactly what the first car was doing. He proceeded to get an attitude with me and told me that I was giving him a headache. When I explicitly told him I was just trying to get a car that ran with no issues, I was genuinely surprised because I couldn’t believe Avis would run our cars to Uber drivers in the condition that they were in needless to say I don’t know if this is going to be a short term or long term rental with my Camry not working Avis needs to get a better hold on their cars and give drivers an opportunity to have better cars to drive whoever had those two cars before me, must’ve run the hell out of them because they were in rough condition.even for nice cars … they were in bad shape … I’m gonna be completely honest I don’t know if I’ll ever Rent-A-Car to do Uber again doneUpdate*** mon-9/11/23 it’s 12:30 and I’m still waiting for a tow bc the first one NEVER showed and tonight they get one star because the car that I’ve been in for the last three days has just officially died on the side of the road so now I can’t even do Uber…this is the second car in less then a week that has crapped out on me seriously Avis you’ve got some serious issues I want my money back y’all don’t even consider renting a car from here if you’re gonna do Uber…

Nobody there when I got there but still had to wait b/c the guy was phone. Another employee walked in but still waited. All my information was already setup & I prepaid but still took awhile to get the paperwork & he was trying to sell me on a toll package, that I had no interest in. Had to wait a few minutes for my car even though my pickup was for 11 AM & it was 11:50 AM. Had to do a walk around of the car & mark on a paper every scratch, dent or damage in 100 degree weather. Ending up returning car to another location that was closer to the Amtrak station.

Charge me for gas but yet was full tank- $75 fee amd $60 on my card xtra - ask for receipt multiple times called over and over very bad experience $1000 rental most i Ever paid .

This by far one of the worst experiences I ever had with budget , Brandon is extremely rude and I personally is very humble and try my best to avoid alterations, but he pushed me and pushed me , I will never ever return here again, and I literally always came here , but now they will never ever see my face again , I am so surprised, but this what people do , they try to push another black man to make another bad decision to destroy our life .He refuse to exchange a vehicle that was rented to me a certain way and said that I can go to tire plus , this is unbelievable
