The best rental car experence I have ever had. Was given a free upgrade. Car was brand new and it really worked for five adults. I will only use Avis from now on!

Terrible business practices and not at all customer facing. Clearly do not want in human contact. On line automated service frustrating ; overseas phone agent terrible and imparts misinformation. If it wasn’t for Katie at the Ocala location (had to go in person) none of my issues would have been resolved. SHE was great and should be promoted

Good afternoon, the service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My original rent was with Budget and at the counter they changed me to Avis because I would have a better price which did not happen. The Ford Transit bus that I was originally given was very dirty. I request a change of bus from an employee who was in the area for a similar one who was next to it and when I asked for the bus without having any sign they tell me that it was not available. I go back to the service counter to request another bus and they change it for one that was in worse condition and older. Then I return to the counter to inform that the bus that had been assigned to me did not want it since it was in worse condition and I request that they return the one they had originally given me and there they tell me that it was no longer possible because they had already made the change in the system. When this happens, I request the names of the managers after having already spoken to them because I was already very uncomfortable with the situation. After all these mishaps, they get me a bus in better condition. In resume, a horrible experience in terms of costumer service and the employees who attended me never showed interest or intention in helping with the situation, on the contrary, they were uncomfortable on the cases that I had to return to the customer service counter to request help. I don't rent with this company again and I don't suggest it to anyone.Hopefully this review helps to improve the service overall on this location.

They treated me very well at the airport. The lady was very kind and understanding. He made excellent recommendations for my visit and told me where to get other things I needed. The vehicle was excellent.

It will be very difficult for me to become an Avis customer again. I will always prefer another company.I was obligated to pay additional fees. I already sent an e-mail to the Company with the situation.

Be very careful with these guys. Picked up a car at Orlando. Got 3 days for $260. Had to extend due to my car being in the shop. End up with a $3,000 bill and 100% disempowered support team who can do nothing about it.

Our sidewall blew out and we wound up sitting on the side of a busy major highway for 3 hours until 2 am. Avis made no effort to resolve the issue and make this late night issue better or safer for us. We also lost an evening at our destination hotel getting in 5 hours later than we were supposed to.

Worst rental I have had since visiting the USA in 25 years. (Maybe except a Budget Corolla once) I got the car I wanted, but when I got to the parking garage the vehicle was missing. I had to go back and report and get assigned another one. The 51,000 mile Expedition tailgate was broken, the rear wiper did not work and it had not been cleaned inside. There was a hip flask of whisky in it, some prescription medication, hospital tags, shots and general rubbish. The car had some wear issues, broken interior and although safe, was a terrible drive. Never again going with Avis. A BA fly drive party.

Avis is sad. Poor operations and staff aren’t much better. At least their vehicle choices are decent. Customer service would receive a 0 rating if it were an option.

We reserved a Lexus, upon arrival at MCO the only available car was a Honda CRV with 67,000miles. Dirty, no Android play, very disappointed. Tried to reach customer service on the phone next day, impossible to get anyone. I will never rent a car from Avis again.?

When your travel plans change, please be prepared to pay. I picked-up in Orlando, plans changed to Tampa, and I was charged an additional $75, plus $10 for I don't even know what. Why? It's your car, some rental place, but what choice did I have.

My experience was 5 star all around! I arrived to pick up a vehicle from another company thinking they were located at the airport and they were not. The Avis agent went to help me and told me where to stand outside to get service for my reserved company. After standing outside for a while I went to Avis and was able to rent a vehicle and leave the airport quicker than the other company would have had me at their building to complete the paper work. How do I know this? I went to the other company's location to make sure my reservation was canceled and the family waiting with me was still completing the paperwork to check out their vehicle. I would definitely recommend Avis again! ??

Got the car okay but lately with Avis the cars are dirty and banged up. You would think they would take more pride in their cars. It was filthy with a huge dent in it.

These people are compassionate and professional. After being disappointed by another less known car rental company, I was able to get a car from them stress free.
