Cant reccomend this place.
First we got a damaged car which was not listed on the documents so i had to go all the way back to the Front Desk.
Unfortunetely due to all that i forgot to check the fuel Level.
I took a picture of the oil Warning when i startet the car for the first time. Later noticed that on pickup already more than 1/4 of fuel was missing.
Please check fuel Level on pickup before they scam you as well.
All combined by far the worst rental experience i ever had.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The lady at the desk was the rudest person I've ever encountered. When I simply asked her a question about the location of something in the building, instead of helping or saying she didn’t know, she launched into a lecture about how she works for AVIS and not the hotel itself. This lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I won’t be returning here.

Wanted to leave a review as I've seen many negative ones and my experience has been quite the opposite. We ordered our car approximately two weeks ahead of time. Pickup at the Lowe's Royal Pacific hotel was a breeze, right there in the lobby, no wait at all at 8 a.m. The lady at the desk was very nice and we chatted for a bit before other customers showed up.
We actually got the car we picked online which I know can't always happen. No issues with the car at all, full tank etc.
Haven't returned the vehicle yet but I was able to see the front desk at the hotel so they could add the parking pass to my hotel card to get in and out of the parking lot without taking a ticket (apparently the tickets cost more). We planned on returning our car at 8 a.m. as we'll be out after hours but we were informed we can simply leave the car in the hotel parking lot the night before and leave the keys with the hotel desk so we don't have to wake up early (also confirmed with the hotel that this is okay).
10/10.

Hi, if we want to return a car in this avis from miami airport next year on summer which return adress we have tu put in the reservation? Because we have a reservation in Loews Royal Pacific and we went to leave the car there. Thank you!

Reserved almost a year ago as Avis preferred. Couldn't give us a car as they had none and wanted to send us to the airport to wait for one. They hadn't let us know (they said their phone would not call internationally, this is the 21st century lol) and didn't email or ask the front desk to pass a message. No response to complaint. Complete waste of space and won't be using Avis again.

The person at the desk was NOT helpful at all. She couldnt explain the contract and what i was signing. The car had less than a quarter tank of gas. The driver side mirror was filthy. Couldnt see out of it. Not a very good first experience for our first time using ur co.
