From Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge
Back To Nature Wildlife Refuge (BTN) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) public wildlife refuge and rehabilitation facility. The mission of BTN is to rescue, raise, rehabilitate, and release injured or orphaned Florida native species and to provide education about respecting and preserving the environment through their non-releasable permanent residents known as “educational ambassadors.”
For a small donation, visitors may do the "Wildlife Walk" and tour the center to observe and learn about over 30 non-releasable native and exotic wildlife species that permanently reside at BTN. Visitors may also book guided educational tours of the refuge.
