I had a great experience shopping at the Banana Republic today! Mari was very kind and knowledgeable, and she helped me pick out the perfect belt for my business casual wardrobe. The quality of the products is top notch, and the layout of the store is very well put together. Will be returning! : )

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Banana Republic store in Millenia Mall. I attempted to return a blazer just one day after purchase, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive customer service. Despite having my receipt and the item being clearly unworn, the staff refused the return and instead tried to offer me a discount, which I did not ask for.
It was clear that the team at this location had no interest in following fair return policies or providing any meaningful assistance. Instead, they quickly shifted the responsibility to central customer service, which—unsurprisingly—was also unable to resolve the issue. It felt like a deliberate runaround designed to frustrate customers and avoid accountability.
Be very cautious when shopping at this Banana Republic location. Once they make a sale, they don’t care about the customer or any issues that arise afterward. It’s disappointing to see such poor service from a brand that I used to trust.

Customer service is horrible, clearly discriminated against for being a minority in working clothes when it comes to service and attentiveness. Completely ignored after being greeted at the door. Employees walked by ignoring my clear search for a specific item. While being ignored, an employee offered additional help to a coworker helping a non minority customer, while ignoring my need for help finding a specific item. Ultimately I found an alternate item and stood at the register for 2-3 minutes with nobody in sight to help until I had to verbally yell “hello” for someone to come, and the look on the employees face almost in disbelief that I could afford anything and was making a purchase reassured me that I was being discriminated against. Horrible experience, as a frequent shopper at other locations I know this is not the standard nor the expectation I have when coming to your store.

Last week, I went in to shop for a new suit and some dress shirts. Payton helped me find a perfect suit and 2 dress shirts that I really loved. I was hoping for a quick and easy experience and she delivered! She was super helpful and professional. She even offered me some water while I tried on the clothes. I will definitely get my future suits and dress clothing from here because Payton and the nice staff here! Thanks, Payton!
