Can not say enough great things about The Band Room. The staff is amazing and super friendly. If you need a repair on an instrument, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a rental for school, I recommend coming here. If you’re in the market for a new instrument, they have what you need.

We used the Bandroom for our son's rent to own flute. Anytime there was a problem with the instrument we brought it in and most of the time they were able to fix it on the spot. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need an instrument for school this is definitely the place to go!

Five. Stars is just not enough. Daniel and Genesis were my Thursday night miracle. Not only did they have the part I needed , Daniel took the time to teach me how to maintenance and properly use a violin so I can share that knowledge with my daughter that starts violin class the very next day. I’m truly touched that companies like this have such great people working for them. Thank you guys you have a customer for life.

This store is not trustable. We rented a violin for my daughter and they delivered a viola., until now, 4 days after they didn’t fix their mistake. And don’t sem to care about it. Last time!!!

We ordered a violin for my daughter and they said they would deliver it on Thursday but instead they delivered a viola and then her teacher called the store and they promised to switch it out for a violin the next day and they didn't come the next day and then they PROMISED on Monday they would certainly be there but they didn't and still to this day(Tuesday) they still didn't deliver it.

If you are looking for a rental, purchase, or repair musical instrument then this would be a great location. All types of instruments are available for rent and purchase. You can rent for the short and long term too. The place is well-organized and neat. The cooperative and friendly staff is always ready for quality service. Fast follow-up over the call, and email. All instruments are very well maintained. Restroom facility available and big space parking.

They stop charging my card for unknown reason and reported it to the credit bureau. Veritas is very shady I fully regret getting an instrument from this place .
