Use to be really good. Absolutely garbage now. They told me my one dog was pretty much dead. Went to another vet. Not dead enemic. Gave her different dog food. Alive now. Second dog repeatedly take in an she sits there all day just to come out with nothing I requested done. I only go because I have signed up for wellness plan. If you even kinda like button really. Dont take your pet here.

Banfield is a great place for your pets care. We have been with them for about 5 years now and they have always put our dog’s best interest first. I would say I would like to have a payment plan for bigger procedures but I do understand that they can’t.

Our appointment- again- was 4:30, by 5:15 we hadn’t even received a room. This is not the first time. So we left and I took her back today. Got her in for a drop off- 2 others there with large- pitties- who were barely sting enough to hold their animals back. That isn’t the clinics fault, and the vet tech did ask them all to separate as to avoid problems- for that I am grateful

My favorite pet store. They helped me pick out a razor to fit the razor combs that I had. They do this even though they make a lot more money charging for grooming. We have a short haired wheaton terrier who requires extensive grooming. When his hair gets over 2 to 3 inches it's $120 to $150 to groom him. It's much less expensive to pay for the razor and the grooming heads for it. Maybe $130.

Overall good care facility. Have brought our pets here for shots and general care. Staff is patient with pets and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Horrible experience, this is my second time taking one of my dog for dental cleaning. The first time, the person authorized to do the theet removal was not at this location the day of my appointment. Today the machine is broken. I lived 45 minutes from this location, 3 hours on the road, burning gasosolun and my personal time wasted, an then hear this words, "we are sorry". Banfield might need to go back to be under PetSmart, it was a more responsible company.

Took my pup in for his first wellness check. Everything went well and the nurse, doctor and front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Had an appointment first thing in the morning, which I think I will continue to do.

Terrible communication.Wrote my last name wrong even after I told them how to spell it.The directions for the medications for my kitten were written wrong. I had to look it up.If you pay with cash you NEED to make sure you count the money in their face. They miscounted cash and I didn't realize until I got home because I had it written down. I had no actual proof so I didn't say anything. The last straw was when my mom took him to an appointment and they lost her. I repeat... they lost her. How? Who the heck knows. She went to the bathroom, then went back to the same office.. 2 hours later waiting for them and they were supposedly looking for her/calling the number on file.. neither her or me have any calls from them.. who were they calling?THEY DON'T REPEAT INFORMATION BACK TO YOU to confirm it's correct.THEY BLAMED HER FOR USING THE BATHROOM... and since they couldn't find her and the office she was waiting in was in the twilight zone.. no paper work or anything was started on my kitten. The appointment was at 9:15.. my mom left around 1. I had to go pick him up and he wasn't ready until 4ish. When I made the appointment NOTHING was explained to me on how drop offs work. All he needed was a booster and revolution... 7 hours. Wat.I do not recall any apologies at least not sincere ones, just finger pointing. I even explained how I did not want to pay for the visit after that experience. They didn't care.I'm moving so this would of been my last visit anyways.. and I am SO GLAD. Terrible customer service. They don't care.On my first visit one of the vets did come out and speak to us.. so that's one point. That's it.Go somewhere else, if not make sure you're the one asking ALL the questions and recording everything.

Man I’ve had Banfield for 12 years (2 different dogs) I’ve used 4 different locations and now this one for the last year. Everytime I tried calling them they answered and put me on hold for 20-30 min just to make an appointment is the biggest hassle. We could try for days and it’s always the sam I’ve never had this issue at other locations. Place is convenient and people are nice but this needs to be addressed asap it’s crazy!

I have been using this Banfield for 14 years with my dog and had great care until the last year or so and appears to be due to lack of staffing. I've had two emergency situations in 3 years where I had to go to a different Banfield as they didn't have anyone who could see my suffering dog. Just recently he was in for his regular exam, made the mistake of using dropoff, missed the phone call 7 hours later and tried calling back right away and was on hold for 35 minutes with no one even checking back with me if I was still on the line. I hung up, called back immediately and was placed on hold again for another 20 minutes. Frustrated, I hung up and decided to go to Banfield. After being greeted, sat for 20 minutes before someone even told me what was the delay and then waited almost another hour while they did one more test on my dog. My poor pet was there for over 9 hours. When I got him home, he was extremely stressed out and was not himself. Four days later and after not eating for the last two days, I called and was informed they weren't sure if my dog could be seen that day as they were busy for the staffing they had. I then took him to another Banfield where they took him in as an emergency and found he had inflammation of the intestines which could have been caused by the stress from the previous visit. After three days of treatment and continued deterioration to the point that he could no longer even move it was decided for his sake to peacefully let him go. I gave this Banfield several chances over the last 3 years and care seems to continue to decrease in quality and will never use them again. I will be using other Banfield Hospitals in the area when I finally get another dog. Thank you Waterford Banfield for the possible contribution to the loss of a family member!!!!!
