Highly recommending Francia. I was on vacation and my Chase bank account that I have had for many many years was compromised. Of course this happened on a Friday night. I was distraught. I called Chase and unfortunately the person I spoke to overseas (or at least it sounded like it was overseas.) The phone call was frustrating to say the least as she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. I decided that was it, I was ready for a change. I walked into Bank of America, sat down and waited. Luckily for me Francia said she was able to meet with me. I communicated to her everything that happened, and at times with tears in my eyes. I have no idea in what official capacity she works at the bank, but whatever it is I hope she's in charge of that branch. Over the years I've met with a number of people in a business and personal capacity and she is truly remarkable. She was the epitome of everything a banking rep/manager should be: excellent communication skills, extremely knowledgeable about the banks products and services and what type of accounts would serve me best. I could go on and on. She was friendly and talkative but not overly talkative - you could tell she has a very friendly disposition and she immediately put me at ease which was remarkable because I walked in a little stressed. My entire experience exceeded my expectations. Nowadays it is very rare to encounter someone as professional and nice as she was. As I was geting ready to leave I think what impressed me the most was a couple came in and they were not happy. They were pretty loud and they were using using vulgar language. A banking rep was listening to them but this persons demeanor wasn't helping the situation, then this bank rep started interrupting the couple and it was going downhill quickly. Francia with her very calm demeanor walked over and smiled at the couple. I think she offered them coffee or water and she then asked if they wanted to come into one of those smaller offices to explain to her what happened. Before I walked out the irate disheveled couple looked like they were way more relaxed in the chairs they were sitting in. Francia was calm as ever and the couple's disposition did a complete 180 turn around. Because of Francia I moved all of my banking to Bank of America.

This place has one ATM, no drive-through area, and on a Friday in the afternoon only one teller working Why would I ever want to come to this place? The bank manager here needs to get more ATM machines.

This Center has the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER seen. I am usually a really big fan of Bank of America but this location always takes forever to get service from a teller as there is commonly only one. Also usually a bank has somebody that check you in to make sure you are in the correct line...nope! Not at this one, here you are to fend for your own.

I went to this bank this morning to make a deposit and I had bunch of ppl follow and staking me... I made a deposit for 800 and I counted my money twice !!! The cashier girl told me I only have her 760 and that was a lie she had someone that told her to say that to me some black girl at the window and some other dude talking to the manager like I know none of these people !!! Plus she knows I gave her 800 $ but she saw me wearing nice things and all of them ppl that dude sent my way in daily basis so she decided to do that !!! I was not gonna report this but I just had enough of all of this !!!
