Always, always a long wait for no reason. Only one cashier, 10 other staff members doing nothing to help the customer who is waiting.No exception, prepare to wait 15 minutes for the simplest thing.

Hi every one.) We was in BOFA today. 11/16/2022. Sergey, Yury, Alina. Florida, Orlando, 10900 Orangewood blvd. We have appointment with Relationship Manager , Olga Tedeshvili. Its a diamond in BOFA. We was in many office. But this Manager was amazing. Very perfect and correct work. Very professional. Wish to work only with Olga in a future. Thank you Very much BOFA, and Olga ,for your work.

Bank of AmericaI don’t know what is happening with Bank of America - you go in and they have only one person at the cashier - taking care about the costumers - instead of have maybe a few more - time is important for the costumers - but I think they doesn’t care about - because they are a monster - is time to offered the opportunity to does bank that they care about others - I have others account with others banks and they have costumers service - like Bank of America - 10 years ago - somebody from the bank have to read this review and do something about it - thru the time they loose quality - by causality I was there and a person arrive with a complaint for the time that he spend trying to fix a banking problem - hours trying to talk with somebody by the phone - and he do the explanation to the manager - and the manager doesn’t care about his problem - tha costumer says that he have more than 100 thousand dollars at Bank of America - and the manager took him out of the building - without listening to him - maybe 100 thousand dollars less for this bank in the future

I came in and worked with Olga, she was fantastic. I'm looking at starting an online business and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to this location a few times and always worked with different people, it's been a very good experience overall and I look forward to continuing to work with Olga.
