It's what you expect. A bank. Very clean bank, bathrooms available to the left of inside tellers. Pleasant people inside, helpful, with great attitudes. They do feel a bit understaffed at times, and certain days you may be behind 6 or 7 people in line, but not enough to be an issue so far, for me personally.

Worst bank I've ever been too. The lady in the front is rude as fu*k. She just stands there and does nothing when there's a long line. Every time i come here i have an issue, I'll start driving to another Bank of America to get away from how terrible this service is. So unfortunate for my landlord to have such a crappy bank. You're better off keeping your money in your mattress cause this place is a joke.

Very poor customer service. People are bringing money to a "bank" to continue to keep locations like this open. We are doing of service to you to keep your jobs. We are depositing larger amounts and doing a big deal for this company. Erika was extremely Rude and was treating me as if I owed her a apology for not stamping two out of 20 checks deposited. What does it cost to lift your hand and stamp two checks ?? InStead made it a big deal and scolded me for it. Secondly people make mistakes I did not put the total on one of the deposits and asked her for a calculator being my cell phone Was left in the car, she rudely said no. It's a bank I'm sure there's a calculator in a place that deals with nothing but crunching numbers all day. Erika needs to find a new job if she's not happy with the number one thing she got hired to do "customer service" remember we owe you nothing and bringing you a business service. Disgusting behavior

I've been with BofA for over 10 years, been a Platinum Honors client for quite a while. It's the day after the 4th, many customers went in for banking needs. Two of them said wasted over 30 min either at the drive-through or kiosk. There's only ONE window open. I went in to deposit some coins my wife saved up. We had them all rolled in paper and marked the value on each roll. Not good enough, we needed to use their rolls. I was frustrated and asked the lady at the front entrance how to properly do it. She was talking to another guy, and as he's finished, I said excuse me ma'am, I need some help. She told me I needed to stand on the other side, and wait for my turn, even though the last customer just left. She said because she's got something on the screen that I cannot see. I said that's fine I understand. As I was explaining what's going on, she said did you just curse? I said yes I did, because I am angry at the situation. (god forbid I dropped one F bomb, not even towards her or anyone, and I was not shouting like a crazy man causing a scene) She said if I want service, I have to be civil and she will talk back in the way I talk to her. I said I don't care how she talks, she can be rude to me that's fine, as long as we get the problem solved. I was not rude towards herself, or the location. Just upset about the whole situation. Let's be honest, this is a financial service, not a kindergarten, I do not need her to teach me how to speak. We have freedom of speech, and how I talk is not her business. I never said I specifically cursed at her, or the bank. I was simply upset at the whole situation. She really acted like we are some low peasant, she's the boss, she runs the show. And she felt like she needed to teach each person how to speak like this is a manners school. I moved over 120K out of BofA 4 months ago due to their bad attitude, and seems like nothing got any better at this location. I guess moving all assets out is a good choice. There's a Chase right next door, why not give them a try? Just to be clear, I am not targeting BofA as a whole, I had generally good relationship and experience with them. I've been banking with them for over 10 years and in locations in 5 states. This location sets a whole new standard of poor customer service. Let me remind you, customers do not serve the bank, the bank serves customers. If we go in and get treated like garbage, why even bother doing business with them? Do yourself a favor, go to the location right next to UCF, their attitude and service is much better or use Chase next door. Transfer large assets into better investment banks like Charles Schwab. They value customers' money and understand each individual's banking needs. If you have to know, I believe the lady's name is Erica. She needs to learn how to properly serve customers, not teach customers how to serve the bank.

This is a terrible location. The customer service is stupidly negligent. They were not attending their drive threw line, and people were coming in complaining of waiting 30 mins with nobody answering. The line inside was completely full, with only one teller. Of course, the customers inside were upset, but the real icing on the cake was that instead of being sympathetic for their lack of resources for their customers, they have the nerve to talk back and sass my husband! They were aggressive with us, weren't helpful at all. I can say for sure I'd rather be bitten by a rabid dog then be treated the way I was here: less then human. I hope this place closes down.

Slowest service ever seen. Came in to zero line and still had to wait 25 minutes because there was literally no teller at service. Ridiculous service. Worst Bank Of America I've ever been to this date

Terrible, slow service. Avoid this place at all cost to avoid frustration. Only 4 people work here on a Saturday- 1hr wait just to see someone...

I've done business with a number of banks in the area, but this one is one of the slowest and generally uncomfortable branches I have been in. Typically, there is only 1 person at the counter; even during busy hours. They try to make up for this with virtual tellers (basically an ATM with a phone to chat with a call center agent) but they are still slow and sometimes, I would just rather deal with a real person. When I went there, the one teller they had on staff was somewhat rude to the customers and made multiple people get back in line. They also told me to use the virtual teller to deposit a check even though I had specifically waited for the teller for some follow up questions I had about my account. An unfortunate situation at this bank, which I know is not their fault, is that the bullet proof glass just really makes the experience uncomfortable. Although I salute them for thinking about the safety of their staff, I know other banks in the area that do not have a separation like that and provide for a much better experience.

This location has the absolute worst customer service of any branch I have ever worked with! The managers are incapable of handling customer concerns, let alone returning phone calls and managing their time. It is clear why the staff is rude and unprofessional as the managers Janet and Stephanie display the same attitude to their customers. I have personal as well as commercial accounts with Bank of America and will switching both to another financial institution immediately. It is very apparent that this site needs to be micromanaged by upper management in order to get it back to good grace with the community simply based on my experience as well as what other have to say. I highly recommend finding another location here in Orlando to avoid falling into the same disappointment.

I truly dislike this bank... I have come in the morning and afternoon at various times and they always only have one teller working. Even if only a couple people are in front of you you usually end up waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. It's ridiculous honestly. It's a shame because this bank is close to my house, but I won't be coming here anymore.

Terrible branch. Tellers take way to long to help plus there is only one teller and she is rude

This BoA branch is pretty good. But yeah, the parking lot leaves something to be desired. There are now two drive-up ATMs, so there is rarely a wait to use one. Exiting the ATMs can be tricky though. If use the exit by the ATM it puts you on Colonial headed west. If you want to exit on Econ you have to make a really tight U-turn after the ATM to go back through the parking lot to the other exit. For convenience and rarely having a wait here I'm going with four stars.
