Not sure if they teach basic customer service skills at this location because they have NONE. The tellers (all of them) all of the spanish ladies do not even greet you when you walk in, and they don’t smile they look monotone robotics that can’t wait to clock out. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes with people behind me, when I asked to speak to a banker or sign in they said they would be right with me as I went to sat down and didn’t even move a muscle to get someone to help me. I had to go back and ask them again for a banker to actually hear me to come out because they were no help. You’ll be standing in line for a half hour trying to deposit money with those airheads. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to a DIFFERENT location. Bank of America do better!

Horrible service. I waited in line for 30 minutes to make a withdrawal because I'm waiting on a replacement card.

This location is very poorly managed and very unprofessional. They seem to think its okay to make up their own rules. They also think its okay to write account information down on unofficial pieces of paper, which is absolutely not acceptable. The manger has no problem shadowing and supporting this poor behavior. Save yourself time and trouble by going to the alafaya location when open, they are much more efficient and customer oriented over there. I plan to eventually withdraw my money and close this account after 10+ years of dealing with this institution, the inconsistency in service is unbearable per location.

Not really sure what's up with some of the reviews, but I haven't had a problem here as of yet. Bank itself is a bit understaffed, but that's not at all the fault of the employees. Otherwise, it's been a quick in-and-out for inquiries, deposits, and withdrawals thus far.

Terrible management. Line was practically out the door – there’s one teller and the manager is on lunch break. I requested her to come out and she Condescendingly told me there was a two hour wait to simply wire money. Ridiculous

The worst experience ever. Only one cashier, long waiting and not able to cash a check. Rude answers. They really donnot care. Neither does corporate... BofA has declined their service a lot. Moving to another bank.

Absolutely AWFUL!!! 7 Employees in the branch & only 1 bank teller with 10 people in line and NO ONE IS HELPING the teller. 3 out of the 7 employees are on their phone. This BOA BRANCH IS GOING TO MAKE ME CHANGE BANKS.

Worst bank I've ever been too. The lady in the front is rude as fu*k. She just stands there and does nothing when there's a long line. Every time i come here i have an issue, I'll start driving to another Bank of America to get away from how terrible this service is. So unfortunate for my landlord to have such a crappy bank. You're better off keeping your money in your mattress cause this place is a joke.
