As of today December 27, 2023 we tend to have a major wait time simply because everyone wants to be the manager or behind a cubical. There is no business line and always only 1 teller. As you can see in this picture no one is at the windows and there are 4 people infront of me. There is only 1 person named kiku who deserves 5 stars. I’ve witnessed managers sit and be a greeter and refuse to use google translate when the community here is majority Spanish or Brazilian. It’s sad here, there also seems to be employee to manager issues that are very noticeable. One time my teller asked a manager to help with customers and instead of quickly helping, finished her own private task and then came out and send someone else to help while she sat in the front to be greeter, wow. I can see the laziness in the high heels they seem to be able to wear for an 8 hour + shift. As someone who is here to simply make a business deposit, it always takes too long when they place only 1 teller behind the window INSTEAD OF ASSISTING.

I really liked the way the employees of this bank work, everyone is friendly, they do their job well. Especially Diane Srirashad. She was autumn competent in working with me and did her job quickly and without problems. Thank you for this, I will definitely return to this bank.

The team at this bank is amazing! Yes the teller line may be really slow. But the team can only go as fast as the technology allows them. I have seen the performance and speed of the computers and they are slow. It's not the staff it's the technology. I commend them for their diligence. They are an amazing team!

Despite all the negative reviews, they were excellent. Please go to Tony at the front service station and only ask for Ms Dianne, she is fantastic. Faith has been restored in using BoFA with this family. Cheers. They need to be recognized.

Always, always a long wait for no reason. Only one cashier, 10 other staff members doing nothing to help the customer who is waiting.No exception, prepare to wait 15 minutes for the simplest thing.

Hi every one.) We was in BOFA today. 11/16/2022. Sergey, Yury, Alina. Florida, Orlando, 10900 Orangewood blvd. We have appointment with Relationship Manager , Olga Tedeshvili. Its a diamond in BOFA. We was in many office. But this Manager was amazing. Very perfect and correct work. Very professional. Wish to work only with Olga in a future. Thank you Very much BOFA, and Olga ,for your work.
