Our server was excellent. We dine here every stay. The food is above average. Yet we always seem to get a table in the path of the kitchen. One food runner almost hit us with the tray.

BICE is a must visit on every trip. The food is consistently fantastic. The pacing of courses is appropriate and servers are attentive without being intrusive. I went as a party of one and they were very accommodating and have me a choice of where to sit.

We had a very inattentive and forgetful server. The chicken dishes were beyond dry. Almost inedible. Linguini and clam sauce tasted so salty it had to be sent back for a different dish. Spaghetti bolognese was excellent. Pasta was wonderful.

Our waiter, Ryan, was amazing! He made suggestions, kept us entertained, and ensured we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and I highly recommend Bice to anyone looking for a night of fine dining and authentic cuisine.

Great menu, wine list and service! We enjoyed the Calamari, the Lobster Risotto was amazing, and the Lasagna is definitely a must have. Yes, and the carry one of our favorite wines from Montepulciano, “ Lucente” ?

Superbly delicious. Best cooked squid I've ever had, I think - it's easy to make this too tough but this was done impeccably. And the ossobuco was amongst the best I've ever had as well. Tender meat, great flavor, superb marrow. The Amarone wine was great albeit a bit expensive, hence the deduction of one star for value. And the service was impeccable. There when we needed him, unobtrusive otherwise.

Our meal was wonderful. We recommend the raviolis. The ambiance was perfect. Our server, George, treated us very well. It was our anniversary and he made it extra special. We look forward to returning.

Firstly, the restaurant accommodated us with a quiet room all to ourselves for our hearing impaired guest. Secondly, Tony the server was out of this world...friendly, comical, knowledgeable, he made the experience. Thirdly, food was mediocre and in my opinion, not a great value. The soup of the day was exceptional ( potato & leek). The rest was so-so. The risotto of the day was crunchy and tasted extremely fishy. It was supposed to be topped with fresh crab and frankly it looked and tasted like tuna. The tagliatelle was super salty and the other tagliatelle with bolognese had a greasy taste. Cocktails were good but at $18 apiece, should have been larger. We love the Portofino resort but will likely pass on this restaurant next time. When I realized the risotto dish was $48 when I received the bill, I should have said something but I don't like to be that customer.

We typically ADORE Bice at the Loews Portofino Bay hotel. The food and the service are typically second to none. However, we had a less than stellar experience this time around. We contacted the hotel in advance to ask about the corkage fee and were told it was $25. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess asked about our bottle and informed us that the corkage fee was $30. (No big deal at this point.) Next, our server came over and told us that we had been misinformed, and that they no longer offered corkage, and we would not be allowed to drink our bottle of wine. The server then requested that the manager speak with us, who also told us we had been misinformed. The manager argued that we had contacted the hotel concierge and not the restaurant directly. While it was evident the manager was not pleased, he did eventually acquiesce and we enjoyed our 2011 Brunello di Montalcino and paid the $30 corkage fee. I would urge the restaurant staff to be more understanding in the future in a situation such as this. We felt attacked and unwelcome. We hope to return to Bice in the future, but this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.

We enjoyed our meal at Bice and our server was excellent. The front of house greeting was not the best experience and despite asking us who had a birthday when we checked in we then heard nothing further and were given a mediocre table despite others being available. The wine list was extensive and our wine was excellent and perfectly served. The food was a little disappointing, good but not amazing, but perhaps our expectations were high as we'd heard such positive reviews. We would return if staying at the hotel but we've had much better meals elsewhere in Orlando.

We ordered a pasta and a risotto. The pasta was delicious but the risotto was too salty... service was good but nothing exceptional... the ambience is nice... what got us really upset was when we left and they didn't have vouchers for the parking and told us to go to the valet window... at the valet the line was huge and we decided to leave... that was the most expensive parking we've paid in our whole lives... more than $50 for two hours. Honestly, after paying a good price for dinner you shouldn't be directed to stand in line... they need a better system to avoid putting clients in this situation...

This was the most amazing dining experience my wife and I have had. Ryan was our waiter and he did a fantastic job. He was very attentive and easy to talk to had great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. My wife had the bolognese and I had the strip steak both were amazing. I can't say enough how much we both enjoyed this dinner. I would give the waiter and experience more than 5 stars if an option.

George was our waiter. Every recommendation he made about wine or items on the menu were spot on. This was the best dining experience we have had since before covid ravaged the service industry. The atmosphere was quiet. We could actually have a conversation without yelling. The food was amazing. 5 stars.

Nice restaurant setting at Portofino Bay hotel. Bruchetta was exceptionally fresh and tasty. One pasta dish was also very good. The lasagna, though very fresh, seemed to lack enough cheese and sauce to add flavor to that particular entree. Overall very good with lots of choices on the menu.

Disappointing. Pasta made my wife ill from the heaviness of it. My risotto was underseasoned and underwhelming. No corkage and wines by the glass were poor. Server very nice but won't return.
