Bizarre awful customer service experience with Amber at the register. Took forever and then she refused to give us multiple bags. She put multiple heavy candles in a single bag and absolutely (rudely) refused to give us more. The bag then ripped anyway, because the candles were too heavy. Was planning to give these candles as a gift immediately after my trip to the mall, but guess not. Didn’t know you can mess up customer service at such a store, but somehow Amber did. Won’t be back at this location.

Like all bath and bodies, there was a great selection of things. Staff was great. Wanted to especially thank Alicia. We payed for our candles, and as we were leaving we found a candle we liked more than what we had already gotten. We were going to leave without exchanging candles because the lines were so long, but she ended up helping us right away when she noticed. Thank you!

Over the years I have made adjustments when my favorite scents were discontinued, but now the quality of the candle has taken a blatant backseat to sales, so I'm done for good. The candles lack the lasting fragrance and some of them are burning dark as if some recycled or cheap wax is being used. To make matters worse, 5hey are burning faster and the wicks seem shorter (particularly on the holiday candles) I am giving a two for variety but it doesn't matter, my friends and I are disgusted at the attempt to pass off cheaper products at the same cost. It's rude and the way these candles are burning seem as if there may be a health hazard involved.

We visited whilst on holiday in USA and I have to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, very helpful. I’m just generally good all round I would happily recommend the store.

I stopped in for the sale on Wall flowers! Their selection is insane! They have an entire part of a wall; a table and another table all of wall flowers! The staff was super knowledgeable on what scents they had as wall flowers and they had the ability to recommend scents that would smell similar if they didn't have one. The 4 people I spoke to were super nice, welcoming you in and thanking you for coming as you went. It was a very pleasant stop in this gigantic location!
