Bath & Body Works is a favorite place to shop, known for its beautiful candle holders, the best candles, and many new scents. The store offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion to shower gel. The staff is always nice, friendly, and ready to help, often going above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service. They make returns and exchanges super easy. While many find the store a lovely place to browse and destress, a common note is that the store music is often considered way too loud. Overall, it is a store that has really turned it around, creating impressive and lovely trips for customers.

I love this store so much! It always has so much variety of scents. I love when they do collaborations like Disney villains or princesses, and they always have such good deals as well!
