Bath & Body Works is a favorite place to shop, known for its beautiful candle holders, the best candles, and many new scents. The store offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion to shower gel. The staff is always nice, friendly, and ready to help, often going above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service. They make returns and exchanges super easy. While many find the store a lovely place to browse and destress, a common note is that the store music is often considered way too loud. Overall, it is a store that has really turned it around, creating impressive and lovely trips for customers.

Bath & Body Works is a great place to shop, especially during the holidays. We came here for the candle deals and they had plenty of choices to pick from. The service was friendly and helpful, and we were able to find everything we wanted. Always a fun stop when we’re shopping for gifts or stocking up on scents!
