This is long, but I'll make it shortly. Bought a battery, turned in the old one for a 25.00 credit. Never got the credit. Spoke with owner Greg, insured me they were all about customer service. He kept giving me the run around. Now he won't answer his phone or text. So I'm out 25.00. never give them my business again! So I guess it's ok to give bad customer service. Just ignore the customer and they will go away. Great policy!!

WARNING. ONLY 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON CAR BATTERIES!!! that's no good. All of their local competitors offer more. However, they are polite and professional but have no confidence in the quality of the Duracell car batteries. Thats why it's only 1 year. I might try their services on something else but not car batteries.

Great products availability, customer service, very knowledgeable, and very helpful!!! I love their Lifetime Replacement Program called KITFOBLIFE. I forgot my receipt at home & Reaper Stanek ,Manager, located my information in their computer by my phone number!!! I was very impressed with that as I live about 20 miles away from their location which is the closest to my home. Kudos to Reaper for making my day!!! Reaper also installed my dead batteries & tested & replaced my home alarm fobs!!! I definitely will be back for more batteries & tell my friends & relatives of your excellent service!!!

Avoid purchasing an automotive battery from this organization. I bought a Gold 78-month warranty battery, but it failed within a year. When I returned it, they tested it with a voltmeter and found it was below 5 volts, claiming this voided the warranty. They blamed the issue on operator error and refused to honor the warranty.

Daniel helped me get a new screen on my iPhone SE, did a free diagnostic to ensure that the screen was the only issue and discussed other options that might not include their store. I decided to go with them because of his help and the phone works great!
