Dr. Watson Brown is the most caring and dedicated vet staff that we have ever had the privilege of working work and her staff is equally wonderful. My husband and I are so grateful for tye care and support they have provided to our special needs cats.

VCA Bay Hill Cat Hospital is truly exceptional! The level of care they provide for cats is outstanding. The staff's expertise and genuine love for feline companions are evident in every interaction. The facility is impeccably clean, and their personalized attention makes you feel like a valued part of their family. I'm truly impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. If you're seeking top-notch care and a nurturing environment for your precious kitty, look no further than VCA Bay Hill Cat Hospital. They are highly recommended, and my cat couldn't be happier with their exceptional service.

I have just adopted a new cat and scheduled his first appointment. However, on Friday (4/28), I needed assistance giving him his needed eye drops. The receptionist forwarded me to the shelter, which has a "no care post adoption" policy. Aka, they couldn't be bothered to help. This told everything I needed to know about this place. Won't be letting them near my cat!

Love this vet, staff and vets were always so sweet and super helpful. They genuinely care about your lil kitties...unfortunately they are on the pricier side and I couldn't afford to go anymore. But if you have the money absolutely recommend here.

We've been going here for more than 4 years now.Our little man Pi is a menace who loves to be pet but gets over stimulated very easily. The vets and techs love him and are very patient with him even when he hisses and scratches. I literally can't do this place justice with just a small review. Just know going here your child will be loved and taken care of even if they don't show it back.Sorry about the scratches and bites he says sorry and that he loves you guys for keeping him healthy.

On 1/13/23 I went for my cats annual visit. I noticed I started to itch and burn on my legs towards the end of my visit. I got up from the wooden bench and saw clusters of what looked like ticks and clear bugs. I told the attendant and shined my flashlight on the bench and we saw them move a little. There were various clusters. I asked for alcohol pads to help. When I got home, the marks started to burn and I called them to say I was bitten by what looked like ticks in their exam room. After speaking with the manager, she confirmed that the doctor picked one up and saw there were blood inside one of the bugs, and they were bedbugs, and confirmed that I was indeed bit, but stated pest control had been there and sprayed, which would explain why the bugs were barely moving while somewhere, still actively moving. They must’ve been slow down by some pesticides, but not all of them dead. I told the manager I do not have bedbugs, because I would have noticed, but the fact that they were various clusters on that bench and they were out in the daytime, you could see that they were possibly slowly dying, but there were some still moving. I told them I did not experience any type of discomfort until I was there at their facility and now it’s progressively getting worse I asked them could they do anything on their end since they are at fault. The manager tried to not accept blame after confirming everything thus contradicting herself. If someone was to ever bring bugs somewhere, they’re wouldn’t time to have created nests etc within 30 min; the estimated time I was there. Never had a bad experience until today nor I was expecting to have to spend additional money today now on myself to get treated after my cat was treated at their facility with bed bugs. Be careful where you sit.

This review is LONG past due! Dr. Brown and the staff at Bay Hill Cat Hospital are phenominal. I took my two cats there starting in 2020 when they reached 8weeks until I moved out-of-state in April 2022. They grew up with Dr. Brown from being spayed, neutered, vaccinated, regular exams, and boarding. Dr. Brown always spent a lot of time answering my many questions regarding behavior and diet. She also worked with me for medications and provided guidance to keep them calm during the long car ride to our new home.I am still searching for the right vet in our new home. I have not yet found a vet who handles cats the same way as Dr. Brown. She always had a soft comforting approach and handled them in a way that they would back up into her and was never rough with them. I never saw Dr. Brown hold the scruff of my cats neck, which I have seen by three different vets in our new area. Dr. Brown and her team definitely set the standards high!

Highly recommend Dr Watson Brown and her team. My cat was ferrel. I trapped her as a kitten and spent a week in my bathroom with her. It was gradual but she has morphed into the sweetest most loving cat. But at the vet she is fractious. I had a horrendous experience at another vet 4 months ago. I needed to find a replacement. From the start, Chris was so pleasant and reassuring when I was scheduling the appointment. Michele, vet tech, was amazing and gentle. Dr Watson Brown was a dream come true. She’s the best doctor I’ve been to. You can tell she genuinely loves animals. Todays experience was easy and wonderful. If you have a fractious cat - Get gabapentin. It calmed my cat down and I never thought I’d see that. Thank you to all at the Bay Hill Cat Hospital. It meant the world to me and Bebe.

Update on my last visit... The vet tech listened to me this time when it came to my pet. I really think that my last visit was bad because of Covid stressing everyone out. However, they did really good with my high anxiety cat this time around because they listened. I really appreciate that!

Would rate this vet’s office 10 stars if I could! We are so pleased with the experience we’ve had here and are so grateful for the care, empathy, and professionalism we received! The absolute best office we’ve been to in terms of caring for our girlies (and we’ve been to many primary care, specialist, and ER vet offices).Very clean facility. Friendly and welcoming staff, who are responsive, knowledgeable, and very patient with addressing all our many questions and concerns. Dr. Watson Brown and her staff are very nurturing and the love & affection they have for their feline friends is obvious. We appreciate the lengths they go to to make certain that our cats feel calm, comfortable, and stress-free. Instead of rushing into the exam, they take the time to let your cat get acclimated and emphasize building their trust. Our one cat has had severe anxiety and every vet visit in the past has been a nightmare, but I can’t express how shocked we were that her first visit at Bay Hill was so successful. Also a plus that this office is cats-only and the lingering scent of dogs, etc. is not an additional stress factor we have to worry about! They are so amazing that we don’t mind the 40 min drive! If your cats are your babies, don’t hesitate to take them to Dr. Watson Brown and her wonderful staff.
