This was by far the best customer service I've experienced for such a short-notice request. I made the mistake of using 1-800 (you know the rest) and my girlfriend never received her Valentine's Day arrangement. After speaking with Bethany, she was on it! I really appreciated her suggestions and same-day delivery.
