  Nothing spectacular about this location wasn't the AMERICAN resort I was hoping for lots of nothing at this location don't stay hear. Not safe especially at night better off staying at the extended stay😵‍💫

  It was our first visit to this particular Westgate property. It was perfect for a winter vacation. I appreciate the text updates of the activities available and the location is absolutely perfect!! We're close to everything. I will stay here again.

  We normally stay at W.G Town Center but we enjoyed our stay! It’s in the perfect location! The area isn’t as busy and it’s really close to Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, Universal and the outlets.

  It was great at first,after they moved me to a different room with out dated appliances, the shower had broken tiles showing the actual pipes was disturbing. Washer dryer didn't work for a whole week before it got fixed. Amenities like wifi was horrible, couldn't do work from home. Racoons everywhere especially at night. The elevator was so far, especially me being disabled.

  Stayed here back in October. The dog in the unit above us barked from 7 am until 11 pm every day. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. They sent security to knock on the door but of course the people weren’t there. We requested the fire pit to be lit and it couldn’t be because the maintenance person didn’t have the tool to light it. They refused to light the big one for us because it’s only for “activities”. I have requested a manager to call me 4 times and no one has called. If you want to actually get some sleep without a dog waking you up every morning, or relax in the hot tub without listening to a dog bark for hours don’t stay here.

  We will book here again. Everything was very clean and tidy, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, we had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Dryer and washing machine were also available. The pool area was the best for the children, they had a lot of fun. It was a great stay here.

  Not a good area immediately saw people hanging out drinking in front of the lobby, got horrible service wasn't even able to check in. Had my kids outside cold and hungry for almost an hr after a long road trip so decided to go somewhere else.

  Great, very quiet place. Customer service was fantastic. We play mini golf, volleyball, and the pools were amazing very kids friendly.
  
  Nearby activities: Seaworld, outlets malls and restaurants less than 10 minutes away.

  Room was very smelly, although it was a non smoke room the smell of cigarettes and humidity was uncomfortable.
  Worst part was coming back late night the day after check in to find a cockroach in the bed. The bathrooms didn't feel clean either.
  I wont consider staying again.

  From booking the reservation to checking out, everything was great. Friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. The suite was clean and updated. Everything we would need and more was in the suite. Beautiful grounds and amenities.

  Excellent hotel, so modern that it surprises and the location in front of the caseya center is the best!!!
