The outlets wear covered, they had them on the black table where you couldn't see them and they were so loose the charger wouldn't stay in. Slept in top of the

I love how affordable it is. The rooms are big and clean, and you have a balcony or patio. They can definitely work on the breakfast, but it is free so no complaints here. If you're looking for something fancy, this is not it. But a comfortable bed at a great price I would recommend it.

Omg where do I begin and I will start off by telling you I traveled the country back in the early 2000s as a magazine and cleaner salesman door to door and we stayed in a lot of hotels this by far was the worst it had bugs it had blood all over the walls the sheets weren't washed they covered up some stuff with some padding the inside of the microwave was disgusting it was just unbelievably nasty I will say however they did move our room but we slept on top of the bedding with our bathrobes no blankets because it was that dirty it was cheap I will say that I paid for two nights because my boat didn't get in until the morning and I wanted to be able to just go to the hotel and lay down so I paid for two nights but I only stayed one you're better off paying the extra 70 bucks a night somewhere else also the breakfast was terrible the apple juice and orange juice dispenser you could tell they watered all those bags down it tasted like water with a splash of Apple

I wasn't going to write this but I feel we have to share this with others...this hotel is infested with bed bugs. Found them all over our room and when we got transferred to another room there were bug bombs all over that room and was not cleaned. We had to leave at 330am to another hotel. Ownership would not even comp our new hotel and was extremely difficult and rude. We barely even got a refund for the 1 night we were there. Have never been more disgusted in my life. Get what you pay for!

The hotel has passed its prime but still good money for value. If you are using Google Maps it can be quite difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot.

Don’t book this hotel on any 3rd party websites, it’s now Garnet Inn and they will not honor your reservation even though it says you booked Garnet Inn. You’ll have to look for a new hotel last minute, they’ll just say nothing they can do for you.

Like my mother always says, "You get what you pay for." They don't care about your surgery issues or anything. It's all about money not you. So at least I have a place to sleep, but it should be my choice how I want to do that. Not there's. Good luck.

Stayed in a shared room. Bathroom was completely filthy. The reception staff are miserable. There’s no common kitchen for those staying in a shared room and they simply do not provide potable water. There’s not a single sink you get water from. When I went to ask at the reception I was told to walk to 7eleven next door and buy it.

Horrible! The manager was so rude , did not give me back a refund and kicked us out! The beds were stained and had bugs in them, it smelled like cigarettes! There was random trash on the hallway, the ceiling was falling out , the wallpaper was peeling off , the carpets in the room were stained and stinked! The bed sheets looked like someone used it to wipe there butt! Disgusting!!!! I DONT recommend staying here unless you absolutely hate your life! The service was horrible, the manager was so rude unprofessional!

don’t stay here unless you absolutely need to.pros: the heat works.cons: stains/chipping everywhere in the room. locks broken. light didn’t work. reeks of weed. and, best of all, a bunch of tiny bugs crawling around the entire bathroom and tables.the rooms are nonrefundable so i guess i’ll just take the loss on this one.

The Hotel is out dated the carpet was dirty stains the bathroom needed to be repaired it aslo had dead bug in the corners as well. Then i accidentally left my key in the room so i had to go to the front desk to get another one and they charged me for a replacement yea the plastic card that u enter the room in. I Definitely won't EVER stay there again. I rather sleep in my car.

Customer service knowledge is lacking. Breakfast is below basic. I went thinking I would be able to work out, but every machine in the workout station was inoperable. Big disappointment. Im quite sure it has been like this for sometime. Room was decent although it lacked a garbage can. Staff had no answer for any of the concerns as I checked with them.

The hotel itself is not bad. However, hotel operation is outrageous. So, be prepared for unpleasant surprises… I was staying in many economy-grade motels/hotels in this country. However, such a frustrating experience, I encounter in this particular hotel, I experienced for the first time!Every week I have to stay in Orlando for three days due to my job. I booked this hotel for two nights on Feb. 26-28, and a lobby clerk confirmed it during check-in. At first glance, my impression of Baymont was much better than many hotels where I was staying in Orlando before. After my workday, which lasted 14 hours, I came back to the hotel wishing to relax and sleep. Now the disaster started…First, my key card was not working. I came back to the lobby and asked a girl to reactivate my key-cards. She didn’t ask any ID, just my room number. At that moment I didn’t concern about it, however, potentially anybody with the hotel’s card can come and ask to activate keys for a room of their choice. It looks like the lowest level of security completely absent! After entering into my room, I was pleasantly surprised that it was very clean, but all my stuff simply vanished! There were stuff belongings of somebody else! I went back to the reception and demanded explanations of what happened, and where my things are? The girl said that I am no longer in their system. (Well, it should be noted, that the money from my credit card was withdrawn for two days.) So, she gave me a trash bag with my stuff and from her perspective; it was the end of the story. 8 pm, I stand with the trash bag in a strange city and I have nowhere to go. I insisted to resolve this outrageous situation and she talked to, I presume her supervisor. It would be reasonable to expect that the supervisor will talk to me – the client of their business and bring some apologies. It did not happen! Eventually, I get the room. I asked where this room is? She said – building “B”. Now my question was “where is the building B?” She pointed me to some direction. Usually, at the desk, the clerk gives you the map. Not this case. Therefore, I found the building B and my room was not there. Actually, it was in the building C. Imagine yourself tired, wandering around a sizable hotel loaded with your luggage and trying to find your room at night. Not too much fun, would you agree? Finally, I found it. That room was much worse than the room where I spent my first night. In addition, which is symptomatic, coffee machines were not functioning in both rooms. My assumption of this experience is:1. Hotel owners (they operate under license of Baymont) have no expertise in the hospitality business. All they want is nothing but profit. Everything else has no matter to them.2. The hotel staff is not properly trained.3. Their computer guest management software is either of low quality.4. The hotel has not adequate directions signs -there are no signs where the lobby is, where rooms are, etc.

There was mold on the AC unit in the first room we were given, and the room smelled terrible. The second room had mold on one of the mattresses, as well as on the AC unit. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund from Expedia. The place is undergoing renovations so hopefully this will be remedied. As it stands now, I do not recommend staying here.
