The management team in this location is unbelievable rude, and they run you out of the store if you don’t look like the typical BCBG customer.

Worst experience ever at this BCBGMAXAZRIA. I've been to this store in San Fran, NYC and Miami. All of them had great customer service and such a great selection to choose from! But this store does not have a very good selection of items and the staff is a bit intense. I was being hovered over so much I felt pressured to buy and ended up going home with a trendy jacket outside my comfort zone that I was unsure of. When I went to check out I asked if I could return or exchange it, and was told yes. Today I came back, and this really rude lady told me it was a final sale. I told her I was told I could exchange/return it. She kept yelling at me stating it was a company policy and that it said so on the receipt. That's not what the receipt said. The receipt said the item could be returned for store credit. The lady was so aggressive that the man who originally sold me the jacket was scared to speak up and say anything different even after he read the receipt. They refused to give me store credit or exchange the item. It was such an awful and uncomfortable experience that I just walked out and I will never return to this location.

Where do I begin, geesh. Ive had the opportunity with working with this Company and I have to say it was very interesting. I see why this location is doing not so good and most definitely will be going out of business very shortly. The Management team at BCBG is VERY UNorganized and and UNprofessional. The first week of working here I was pretty much thrown out to do my own thing without proper training and was expected to do and be great in which I was but I felt like that wasn't appreciated at all. The management staff sad to say, I believe is more so worried about making COMMISSION then to provide excellent customer service and making sure everything is flowing in a professional way in order to keep the business going in a positive matter, i mean it feels like a COMPETITION working there. Never in my life have i seen people act like Vochers for sales in order to collect commission I don't think anything else is relevant there BUT that with the employment staff. The Store Manager (Liz) never have I've worked with so much un professionalism when it comes to a STORE manager. She seem to always knick pick at my wardrobe almost every day, but her wardrobe seem to show cleavage, tattoos, and ALOT of curves. I was told I couldn't wear brown but sonny (another manger there) said I could, I was told if I were tight fitted pants I will have to cover my bottom up with a long shirt but yet she comes there as I mentioned with all types of curves showing. I mean it was very confusing because the management staff do NOT seem to be on the same page at all because everyone tells u something different that u try to go by! I heard liz talked negatively with other employees about her MANAGERS in which I thought was very unprofessional. the little time that I was there, i learned that place has waaay more drama then what it should have being that its a small company and that's probably the reason why sales are so bad. It was one incident me and Alex (sales supervisor) had to close and came across problems because him and I were still fairly new to everything. Alex came across issues closing and liz was VIVID that she had to come out in order to resolve the issue. Never in my life have I been yelled at like I'm a toddler and I even asked her if i could leave because it was almost 2 in the a.m. and I do have a child to get home to. She didnt seem to care. She was more so angry about her having to stay but when u are a store manager u have to be able to face situations like that, it comes with the position. Her response to me was " Im NOT the owner of this place, I'm just the store manager". I mean wow what attitude to have. I didn't appreciate the attitude that she carried at all it was very disturbing and even left it very uncomfortable to work with her. unfortunately, I ended up getting very sick and the careness of that was so un genuine it was un real. I understand u have a business to run but if u SEE with your own two eyes that a person is not well (throwing up) then u should show some compassionate towards that. It wasn't any. Liz response to me was " well, I'm pregnant" (in which I didnt even know she was) "and I can't stay, so you're gonna have to find someone to cover for u'' after that I was pretty much done with this place. The OWNER of BCBG really needs to reconsider his mangement staff at this location.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I will never shop here again. By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The african american manager and associate are so rude, not kid friendly and talk and roll their eyes at customers. Caught them doing this and when i the customer was telling my sister what i saw the associate had the nerve to jump into my conversation when no one was talking to her. I will be contacting corporate and taking this to social media.
