I don't like Beals. My Wife does. I don't see a variety or options to choose from. They have the space, but it's like they spread everything out, so the store looks full, but its not, and they can fit more items if they ordered more to put out on the floor, but they dont.

I used to like this store, but today I had the worst experience ever. I came in with my teenage daughter and her friend. From the moment that we came in, instead of being greeted, the "manager" started following the kids, totally stereotyping. Then, when my girl was testing a perfume, this manager, instead of getting closer to my daughter, she decided to tell her, from the other side of the store "sweetie you can't test those". I asked her, "Why not? She said that because they are not testers, so I told her we can't test the perfumes before we buying? She said no. That's when I decided it was time to go. I already had about $400 in my cart, but I decided to leave and go somewhere else, where they are not going to judge the kids. No reason to treat teenagers like they are all shoplifters. My girl was raised better, and her friends are all well raised, too. Ashamed of this woman, that stereotypes, even though she also looks different. I do not recommend this place if you have teenagers with you. They will follow them all over the store

No greeting when I walked in the store. No sales associate asked if I needed help finding anything. The snickering and rude comments about my appearance is why you get 2 stars. Money has one color and that is “green” if you cannot comprehend you need happy customers to keep getting paychecks that is sad. Note to all the women who work in that store politeness gets customers shopping. Oh and by the way I love my African American texture don’t wish to have any other texture!

The customer service in this Bealls is awful!
I came here with my grandmother to get some close cause we are traveling next month, we left some clothes in the dressing room the older gentleman came and took everything out and when we asked him he had such a bad altitude and he was so rude like he had no customers service at all, he shouldn’t be working with any customers we would never come here. Thank you for your awful service!

The store always seems a little light on stock compared to other locations but today one employee stood out & made my shopping experience wonderful. Shout out to Aubrey! She made sure I used my rewards & had everything I needed. It is employees like her that keep me coming back.
