After having not frequented Bed, Bath and Beyond for some time, I had visited a friend's house who was burning a candle that had been purchased there, so I set out to see if I could purchase it. Unfortunately, it was very expensive, and I was regretting throwing away all of the coupons BBB had sent me over the years! Then BBB informed me via their website, that if I sign up for the rewards program, I would be able to get a 20% off coupon. This is the ONLY reason I signed up. Sure enough, the coupon appeared. First, I visited a BBB in Oviedo, and although they looked at my coupon, they said they couldn't honor it because they were going out of business. I checked, and they didn't have the candle anyway. Then, I tried ordering the candle from the site (not BBB), but that company site is impossible to navigate so I gave up. Next, I decided to drive to the Waterford Lakes BBB, and decided that if they had the candle, that was going to be my one item for my coupon. The candle was on sale one minute on the Yankee site (BBB offered to price match), then it would change. At this moment, the candle shows on sale, but it went up and down while looking on my phone at the store. No matter, I would use the coupon. Except it would NOT appear. It would say "20%off one item" with my name, but then I would click on it and be brought back to the homepage. It couldn't be found by myself, an associate, or the manager! Mind you, this again, was why I had signed up for the rewards app. The manager was willing to give me the 20 percent off coupon EVEN though no one could get it to come up, and was super nice and helpful through the whole ordeal. I would have just accepted the fact that I couldn't purchase the candle, and I am not someone who would demand anything, but I am someone who shops smart and makes use of coupons. I really hope BBB stays in business, because now that I know about the rewards program, I would probably shop there more often, as long as there was coupons. I bought my kitchen items and my curtains from this location, and always have good experiences, but this particular visit was outstanding! I wish I caught the names of the manager and associate who helped, because they deserve recognition from BBB for exemplary service. Thank you again!

Extremely empty. Hardly any product on the shelves. The customer service agent said they were wiped out from the holidays and would be stocking back up, so I will have to check back.

I was at store on 7/31. The cashier pulled out paper discounts and applied them to the customer ahead of us.When I inquired about if she had any discounts that she could apply she advised no.The cashier and customer were Speaking Spanish I guess since we were African Americans she did feel she assist as she did the other customer.I will be returning the items I purchased.

Prices went up and quality went down. 500 on a bed set and it feels like family dollar stuff.
