We recently moved from Orlando to Texas. The Beltmann group was amazing. There every step of the way and the mover and crew(s) were very professional and timely. Would highly recommend.

We hired Beltmann for a move from FL to OR. They were not the cheapest quote by far, but we believed we would get what we paid for and they had such great reviews online. This was our biggest mistake! I had been told that we would receive a call from the driver the night before loading for a more accurate ETA, but never heard a thing. I reached out to the driver that our move coordinator provided to me for a loading ETA, but never received a response. The loading crew called the day of loading and said they would be arriving in 20 minutes. The day of loading, our move coordinator was out of office but assured me that her manager would be contacting us to ensure everything was going smoothly; we never heard a word. We did a walk-through with the loading team and specifically told them all items on the left side of the garage were NOT to be loaded because they were prohibited items. It was not until the next day when we went to load our cars that we realized the prohibited items that we told them NOT to load in the garage had in fact been loaded onto the trailer. We thought maybe those items were not prohibited after all, so they took them and that they would be unloaded at our destination with the rest of our belongings. WRONG. Those items never appeared and are still missing. The driver says these items would have been thrown out because they were prohibited, but our move coordinator says that is not true. Who should we believe? We are also missing other items, most upsetting, a box of artwork and personal wall hangings that cannot be replaced. A large number of our boxes and some furniture were very badly damaged or completely destroyed. When boxes have "VERY FRAGILE", "CHINA", "CRYSTAL" written all over them and the loading team is specifically told those items are extremely fragile and are of high value, you would think they would be handled with the upmost care. Wrong, yet again! Some of these boxes actually have boot prints on the outside of them from employees stepping and/or climbing on them. If they handled our most fragile belongings like this, imagine how the rest of our items were "cared" for.We treated both the loading and unloading teams with kindness and respect, tipping each member well with cash, ensuring they had a fridge full of cold water and Gatorade at their disposal, and encouraging them to take breaks from the heat. As badly as our items were damaged (or completely missing), I can't even imagine how they would have handled our personal belongings had we not done these things. Our entire load was taken off the tractor trailer off-site somewhere and loaded into a Uhaul truck that was brought to our apartment for delivery. The driver pressured me to sign for the delivery when we still had numerous items missing, telling me not to worry, he would go back to his trailer off-site, find the missing items, and bring them back to us. We never saw the driver again. He had one of the guys from the unloading crew bring the items that they "found" on the trailer back to us in the employee's personal vehicle. It has been weeks and the rest of our missing items have still not been found, and I'm afraid, never will be. I just filed our claim tonight, so I cannot comment on their claims process yet, but I don't have high hopes. I was contacted by a claims adjuster asking if we had received any items that did not belong to us, which makes me think the other families sharing the same trailer with us are also unfortunately missing items.I will NEVER use North American Van Lines or Beltmann ever again and I will make sure anyone I know never uses them either. This whole experience has been absolutely horrendous! I hate feeling like we have been completely taken advantage of, but that’s exactly how this feels! I have moved myself cross-country numerous times with way less stress and damage AND all of my belongings were there at my destination, the complete opposite of my "professional" cross-country move with Beltmann and North American. First, I want to say that the employees of Beltmann Group were very courteous and hard working but the compliments stop there. My husband and I moved from Sussex County, NJ to St Augustine, FL. Since our home in NJ sold before our house was ready in Florida, we had to hire a moving company that could also store our furniture until we were ready to have our furniture delivered. I interviewed quite a few carriers but went with Beltmann because I thought they were a reputable and dependable carrier. And, by the way, they were not the cheapest. In fact they were more expensive than many of the carriers I got quotes from. After waiting a month and a half for our move-in date, we were finally able to get our furniture and belongings delivered to us. On the day of delivery there were many issues with damaged furniture including a microwave cart, coffee table, high end speakers, and file cabinet. After opening the boxes, many of which were badly crushed, there were broken dishes, glasses, bowls, dinner plates, candle holders, etc. It was so disheartening that I was in tears this morning after discovering so many damaged items.I can not recommend Beltmann or North American Van Lines after this heart breaking experience. It feels like they did not place any value on our personal property and were careless in handling our property. I discourage anyone from using their services.

They made my move a very easy and as low-stress as possible process for me from packing (quick and efficient) loading, driving across the country, and unloading. They even were able to schedule the unload in a timely manner so I only had to spend one night in a hotel before they arrived with my stuff. There was only one casualty (a ceramic trash can that was not valuable but I really liked, and one injury (one of the feet of my toaster oven was broken off but could be glued back on). These things happen in a cross country move, and I would have been surprised if there had been no damage at all. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

My furniture was picked up on 6/23/23 with a delivery window of 6/26-6/30/23. I called numerous times during that week to try to get an update. No one ever got back to me Finally I got through to someone on 6/30 and was informed that my stuff had never left Orlando and wouldn't be delivered for another 5 days. Terrible communication. On the plus side the guys who picked up our furniture and the guys who delivered it did a great job.

We used Beltmann for our cross-country move. The service we received was fantastic! From the in-person estimate visit, to the loading/pick-up, all the way through to the delivery in our new home - everything was great. Communication was excellent and timely. Pick-up and delivery were exactly as planned. This was the second time we used Beltmann for a cross-country move and once again, they did not disappoint!

Kim and Ray were great to work with prior, during and after our move. I had previously moved with a terrible company and was not sure what to expect this time. Belmann was very reassuring, the movers themselves were professional and personable. I was disappointed with an outside hire to pack my oil painting that arrived damaged with nail holes through the frame and cracks in three places.Other than the oil painting, that Beltmann did not pack, all of our goods arrived in perfect shape and the movers really worked hard to finish the difficult job of carrying the items up many steps.I highly recommend the Beltmann Moving and Storage Company. Would have been 5 starts except for the picture.

They did a great job all around. Raymond that came to my house to estimate the job. He was very professional. Provided a detail list of the items that we wanted moved. Not the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for. Absolutely no add on surprises! Kim coordinated the move with any questions we had. The moving crew were on time and did a wonderful job. They packed us up and delivered our household within the same day of a 150 mile distance. We would definitely use them for any move in the future.

I used Beltman Moving for my relocation from Fl to Az. The entire team I was involved with was great. Kimberly the coordinator answered all my questions and was available throughout the entire relo process. She was genuinely concerned my move would go with little to no issues. There was a moment where I was concerned about my car shipment bc I heard very little info. But the car shipper contacted me with good news my car was arriving earlier than expected. The house movers Luis and Aaron were a great team. They got me out of Fl with no issues and got me into Az with No issues. They were a professional conscientious team. Highly recommend Beltman Moving for your Relo or moving needs.

Every aspect of my interstate move went smoothly from meeting with the estimator, coordinating with my scheduler, to the pickup and delivery of my household goods. Moving crews were on time and careful on both ends. Nothing was damaged or lost. I highly recommend Beltman Moving.

We contracted with North American Van Lines in early February to provide moving services from Clermont Florida to Fishers Indiana. Ray, our Move Consultant from the Beltmann Group, provided an on-site review and estimate for our move. There were some minor changes on items we decided not to move and Ray updated the paperwork and price. We were extremely happy with Ray and would defiantly recommend that is Ray is your Move Consultant you will be well taken care of. Our Move Coordinator from the Beltmann Group, Kim, was phenomenal. Keep us informed on the current status of our upcoming move and provided information and answers to every question we asked. Made sure the paperwork was correct and that our Pickup and Delivery dates were set in stone.Late Feburary, our Beltmann Group Driver Ronald arrived on-time with two of the best workers I've seen in a long time. They are contracted and not direct employees of the Beltmann Group but provided great service. In early March, Ronald arrived when scheduled. The weather was not the greatest for a move - Rain, cold and windy. Ronald had two new contracted workers that provided almost as good of service as the Florida team. There was only one minor mishap but Kim was right on top of the issue and is working to resolve. We would defiantly recommend North American Van Lines and most specifically, the Beltmann Group.

I was really stressed about moving but Beltran made the process pretty seamless. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I especially appreciated Kim Daughtery’s support and kindness!

I strongly discourage using Beltmann Moving and Storage. My experience with them was very poor. The items were poorly wrapped, leaving the sides exposed and multiple items were damaged as a result. Additionally, the mover I hired took a detour to help a random person move their items even though I was paying by the hour. When I reminded him of this he became quite upset and did an even worse job. The move took longer than expected and resulted in more cost than I had planned. I will not be hiring movers again and instead plan to move my things myself. Look elsewhere for moving services.
