I came to get a back up camera and had no clue which products would work for my car. Thankfully, Derrick in the Installation Center with the Geek Squad was so kind and helpful. He walked with me through the store to show me my options and gave honest opinions of each one. Throughout the installation he gave me updates on progress and the result was better than I could have imagined. I am so thankful he and his partner were so helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a nice store. I came in to exchange my phone screen protector and look for a new phone case. Employees were friendly, helpful and honest about the best deals. A member of the geek squad explained the process of exchanging the protection glass in the future. Someone from the customer service at the store provided me with the number to call for a change of address. It was nice to see a few of employees willing to help me. I had a good experience.

I scheduled a repair at Geek Squad for my iPhone since the Apple Store is not repairing right now. I had the worst experience ever! I was told it would take an hour to repair the screen and to walk around the store. After 4 hours of waiting the agent told me my phone was broken beyond their repair. I was confused as to how this happened since my phone was in complete working condition when I brought it in. They sent me to the Florida Mall location for them to look at it. After the drive and another hour at Geek Squad my phone was finally in working condition. I left for vacation 2 days later. The second day of vacation my phone screen stopped working. I had to take it to a different repair center since the Best Buy close was not taking repairs and it cost me over $300 to fix the problem the Millenia Mall location screwed up. I have been a very loyal Best Buy customer for years but after this experience I will never go back to this location.

There is a bit of construction around their parking lot, but was no big deal navigating, & there is still plenty of space in their lot. It was odd to see the store front boarded up, assumably from the riots a couple months back. But we went in to a friendly greeting and direction for taking care of our return. The store is, as usual, clean and spacious. The customer service area was taking care of customers, and no one waiting in front of us, so we had about a 30-second wait until we were greeted & asked to step over. We stated our need, & were quickly taken care of by a friendly & professional associate. We looked around a bit afterwards & were approached asking if we needed assistance. All associates wore masks, & hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the store. My least favorite thing about this location, is it's location - it's generally pretty busy around the mall. Either way, it is the closest location for us, so we will continue to shop here when online shipping isn't practical.

I went to this Best Buy with a specific object in mind. Finding a store employee, he directed me to the area and took the time to answer my questions, just as I expected. When the staff saw a small line forming to checkout, they opened another register and got us moving quickly. I have no negatives about the store to mention, but was surprised at the front entrance being boarded up. The cashier informed me that it was that way from the riots, when all the windows were broken out. When asked if anything was taken, or if the rioters made it in, she said no, there were heavy metal doors that blocked the entrance. Still, it left the impression that the store was either in the path of destruction or that the danger still looms large enough that they haven't wanted to fix it.

During Pandemic 2020, we ordered several items and drive up pick up was awesome and very prompt. Today, the store is open and we can walk inside w a 15% capacity limit. We were in the market for a new laptop and found out the one we wanted was out of stock and next delivery was 2 weeks away. Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful though so I appreciate her helping is out.

This Best Buy is the one I go to because the one near my house just isn’t as good. I order items here to pick up and they are VERY organized. A lot of retail and sales locations can get messy but even during quarantine they seem to have their stuff together.

Curbside pickup for my 4k TV was fast and convenient. Stick to curbside for the remainder of our current crisis is my best advice.My second purchase for my vehicle that required installation was a disaster. I was promised installation for a device I do bo have experience working with. And am now being told the installation can no longer be honored and also unable to return my $250 product for a refund. I very rarely make purchases at Best Buy - maybe once every 3 years. I will continue to do so until more proper systems are in place for customer service.

I like the workers very helpful and it's always clean bestbuy is the best place to purchase laptops and electronics and don't forget to get geeksquad protection just in case you kid spills orange juice on your laptop or electronics.

The workers are good but the line outside in the heat during the COVID-19 pandemic was almost unbearable. I would suggest going during a time that's not so busy. We went on the weekend in the afternoon. The reason for our visit was the large selection of items. They are the only Best Buy in a 200 mile radius that carries the specific camera my husband wanted. (Sony Alpha A7M IV) He didn't buy the extended warranty that was offered and said the staff are super helpful.

Best Buy cost me an entire day and I drove an hour each way for nothing. I was instructed by the online rep and my local store rep to make an appointment at the Orlando store to get my phone screen fixed. When I arrived they refused to fix it, and said they weren't doing repairs on phones at the moment. When I ask why I was instructed to come there and that I even received an email confirming my appointment to have the phone screen fixed they had no answer for me. I was then told that a sister store another 25 minutes away was still doing phone repairs that I could try there. After driving there they also refused to do the repair. They wanted me to do a rapid return which will end up costing me an extra $150 stead of doing the screen repair which I have insurance with Best Buy to do. I am planning on upgrading after the screen repair is done but I won't be doing it with Best Buy at this point!!!

Had to go by appointment which was expedien. Had a knowledgeable sales representative & he gave me the ups & fowns on the laptops i were seeking.. I have knowledge myself so i wouldnt fall for a sales pitch. I was able to get what I need & left satisfied.

terrible system to reopen to the public. just stick to pick ups online orders u til you have a system that works. waited one hour and a half for a VGA to hdmi adapter. got switched in two lines and had to go to the back of the line I was already in and switched from. and the adapter is not even compatible. I that's not their fault but $30 for an adapter insignia which says for mac and windows and it's not compatible. I just didnt like the reopen system really needs a revamp. multiple customers felt the same way not just me.

We were in the market for a new camera, and found the one we wanted at this location. Online order, and the next morning we went to pick it up after being informed it was ready. This particular location works really well with the curbside pickup. They have their own parking lot, and it just allows for a much better flow compared to the Best Buy in Winter Garden Village (luck of the draw on that one). You pull into the parking lot and they have cones set up directing you around the outside. A customer service employee takes information and sends you to the next area. This is based on needing to purchase from the store or having an online order to pickup. We were quickly greeted by another employee who took our last name and the 4 digit code for our order. It took awhile, maybe 5-10 minutes to get to this point. Once she located the items, she quickly returned and put them in our car. With a quick check of our license, we were in our way again. I really do like their online ordering and pickup system.

Sorry Best Buy, but I am giving you a 3 today. I made an order online to pick up on the 2nd of may(in other words today). Now I am told only one item from my order is available and the rest in maybe a week. Not what was shown to me online. And now I’ve wasted my time shopping, looking for specifics to be told that the only thing they can do is cancel the order and go somewhere else(this is what I was told by the associate, whom has nothing to do with this, but the manager wouldn’t even turn his face towards me) or just wait til the items arrive, hopefully in a week. What??? This is not acceptable at all. I will change the rating when they start getting it right.

I bought a fancy headphone there. But then it was flawed. They promptly replaced it, and not only that. By the time I came back for customer service, the same headphone was cheaper. They refunded me the difference. This was awesome, because if the price had increased, I wouldn't pay more. Thanks, appreciate, I am you loyal customer now.
