Absolute worst Best Western experience that I have ever had! Do not stay here!! I had a confirmation for a King suite. When I arrived, I checked in and they sent me to a dingy tiny stinky room with one double bed. I immediately called the desk and stated that I had a confirmation for a king suite. The gentleman at the desk was nice. He told me to come to the desk. He said there were no King suites available. He put me in a queen suite for the night and told me to come to the desk at 11 the next day to get a King suite. When I did so, the guy( another employee) looked at me like I had two heads... I was frustrated at that point and decided to just stay put. The shower in our bath continuously ran after shut off. You had to turn it off and on 4 times to get it to stop. The shower curtain wouldn't stay put and the tub was curved and tiny. After 4 days of no maid service, garbage piling up, no new towels given , a smelly room and cocktail roaches, I was done. We also had to have our room key rebooted every time we left the room. I paid "really good money" for a horrible experience. I travel alot and I am not happy with this stay. Parking was limited every night. On a positive note, the food was decent in the small breakfast bar. The surrounding area had alot of restaurants and stores. Neighborhood not so good! I really wish I would have left after the 1st night instead of the six nights that I stayed there. I am a very laid back, patient , kind person and it takes alot for me to speak up..... I really wish I could get my money back!!! Ughhhh....

We were forced into a suite that did not exist. The website says 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. There are no couches available, but theyvsure do charge you for the suite. The rooms smell like cigarettes and are dingy. Front desk staff are not helpful. Manager never addressed issues.Rooms: Not as described or pictured on the website. I would love to share pictures of the rooms, so you can see how they don't match the website.Safety: Bad part of town. No security. Parking lot poorly lit.Walkability: Bad part of town

I called at 8 o’clock Friday morning to make sure I could get a ride from the airport to the hotel and I was assured a ride upon arrival at 10:05 the second the wheels from the plane hit the ground I called and the lady told me the shuttle service is over with for the night so I had to sell out 40 bucks for an Uber to get to the hotel around 1030 1035-ish we checked in and then at 10:45. The shuttle pulled in with nobody on it. It was extremely frustrating. Nobody wanted to hear it nobody cared. They said, take it up with the manager. We went to bed and something bit my wife’s eye, and her eyes swelled almost all the way shut the next day. Once again, nobody cared. Nobody wanted to hear it. It’s all I said when we get back from our trip, we’re gonna handle this I have made repeated phone calls to the hotel to only be told that there is no manager there and this lady will not give me her name or managers name And we’re talking about 10 phone calls now it’s Friday at 10:30 and I was told again there are no managers there. I would really appreciate somebody to contact me so we could resolve this.

My main complaints are the cleanliness of the rooms and the poorly communicated shuttle service. The booking process was fairly easy and seamless. I booked through the one partner website and the hotel had my info. I ran into issues with the cleanliness of the property and the communication between the parksleepstay vendor, the hotel and myself. The hotel represented that they had frequent shuttle service and they do for departure/drop off (every 15 min). They don't for arrival /pickup. They only had 1 hr shuttles for pick up and left me stranded so I had added uber expenses to make it in time for the next leg of my trip. I took an uber back to my car and took a pic of the shuttle just sitting in front of the hotel... Stars for free breakfast and proximity to MCO Airport.Rooms: The room smelled like Marijuana, was uncomfortable, and I was very itchy the next day.Walkability: It was walkable to nearby gas stations and some eating.Food & drinks: The hotel offers free hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, etc.

Super friendly staff and very courteous. They had the room available as early as 10 am so we were able to check in earlier than we anticipated, and they let us leave our luggage in a secure area after checking out while we were at Disney World for the day, then shuttled us to our flight that evening.

Stayed here after our cruise. For the couple pros it was a big room, and it was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rest is kind of negative all around. When we got there, the lobby was crowded from people waiting for a shuttle. The front desk staff were kind of slow as it has never really taken me so long to check in. We were there early and were able to check in early, but they charged us an early check-in fee. It's not a big deal, I guess, because we were happy to be able to check in rather than just drop off luggage. But we have checked in early for free at other places. When we went up to the 5th floor to go to our room, it reeked of weed or something that smelled the same. Since it is non-smoking, that was a little concerning, and we continued to smell it in our room at times. The next morning, we went down to get breakfast at 9:30 after packing to find they close at that time. We figured it would be open till at least 10. We didn't realize this at first, and the staff was a little rude and refused to help us. We ended up going over to the waffle house, which we would recommend, but we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This was a disaster. We used this hotel through Go-Port. We checked in on December 20 - mold, mildew and pealing sealant in the bathtub so we weren't able to use. Check in took over 45 minutes - one person with 10 or so people in line. The hotel told us to go one place for the shuttle, then the driver called and had us go another place in the airport - we traversed two terminals with two people in wheelchairs and luggage. Breakfast was ok but the person in the breakfast room was totally rude.We came back after the cruise on December 10. Go-Port took us to the airport, and the hotel was supposed to pick us up. I called for over an hour before I received an answer only to be told, to bad we don't have room. Again, with people in a wheelchair we managed to get a taxi to the hotel. Again, stood in line to check in for over 45 minutes, only one clerk working, to be told our room wasn't ready. When other folks were getting rooms, I inquired why. Then I was given the option of a king bed room which we gladly took. The printer had no ink so airline boarding passes couldn't be printed, and the clerk didn't have an ink cartridge. The coffee machine (caffeinated) was broken and again the lady working this area was extremely rude. Myself and my traveling companions have never had such atrocious service. The only good aspect of this trip was our trip to the airport on December 31 - Michael was the best.

My husband and I recently made a reservation at this hotel through Priceline. Even though we had already paid in advance for the booking, we were told during check-out that the Priceline credit card was rejected. This caused problems during our departure because we had a flight to catch and this unexpected problem caused a delay. Finally, to make sure we didn't miss our flight, we were forced to pay for the room again. While I can grasp that the hotel management may have had their reasons, we felt slightly offended when the front desk staff asked us if we were trying to leave without paying.
