Hard to reach and when you do they are short and rude. I finished my 20 Life Insurance policy and cancelled. So glad to be done with this office!

I've been with Bill Cordy for 30+ years. Recently, I needed to contact them and nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back. I went there (now a bad area) and there was one gentleman (who was very nice) but it is no longer being staffed and it seems like Bill is just waiting for the business to die.
