I arrived 10 minutes early for my noted Galentine's reservation, but our party table wasn't set up, despite the resturant opening at 11am, which caused me to lose the surprise element for the company event I was hosting. While our waitress was kind, the service felt slow, and the ahi tuna on our salads had an odor and taste that made us uncomfortable, so we sent it back and substituted chicken. Although the manager adjusted the bill and the chicken was good, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I won't be hosting another event there.

Our server Nina was excellent! It was the best service we've had in years anywhere! Food and drinks were great too!!

Server never came by to refill waters and forgot to put in my to go order. The wait would've been another 45 minutes so I did not get the to-go food

We went after Saturday night Easter service. Thankfully we made a reservation. The hostess was by herself with a long line. She acted as if she didn't care how long people needed to wait to be seated, moving incredibly slow and speaking incredibly low. She allowed one big group to cut in front of another. She did not ask if we needed a kids menu, even though I know she saw our 8 year old son with us. Once we were seated, we ordered quickly and the food came out relatively quickly. However, my wife and I were shocked at the portion sizes. My wife ordered the sirloin and the piece of meat looked like half of what she should have received. I ordered the peanut chicken pasta. There was barely any chicken in the dish and again, the portion seemed like half of what we've had in the past. For the price we paid, the definitely did not get our money's worth. Also, we were charged for our son's root beer, when the kids menu clearly says that additional drinks are available at no charge. Nowhere did it say ordering a root beer would cost more. When we asked our waitress about the serving sizes, she did not seem to care about our concerns, simply saying sorry and walking away. My wife and I both agreed that she should have at least tried to fix things or find out if the portions were correct. We typically love eating at BJs, but this specific location has lost our business in the future.

We enjoyed our food and drinks. James is a friendly, professional and skilled server who added to our good dining experience. It was a little noisy, but the restaurant was busy on the weekend evening.

Service is very good with well trained servers. I had th Asian Chop Salad with salmon instead of chicken on it and it was great.

Very poor service, starting with the delay in being able to sit at the table even though we had made a reservation and the table was available, until the waiter who didn't come to the table to ask if we wanted anything, in addition to the delay in the food arriving.

Prices were on the same level as other comparable restaurants. The issue was the wait time to receive our food - very long time.

Our server was good, however the kitchen did a poor job. Guacamole was more like sliced avocado, pizza was undercooked, and prime rib was a slab of fat. Very disappointing.

The place was nice and in a good area. Large menu with a lot of options. Service was very good. Food was just ok.

The boy who was at the reception was extremely rude and rude to customers, the first employee to have contact with customers should be more receptive and he was clearly in a bad mood. I understand that we all have bad days, but that doesn't justify taking it out on other people. The table service was pleasant and we informed the attendant about what happened. The food was no different from other restaurants in the same style, but in this one the price is higher.

Experience was great. However, even though being told and asked for a birthday “surprise,” our waitress never delivered one which was a bit disappointing.

Service was great. The smokehouse burger was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The onion rings were crispy and seasoned. The non-alcoholic drink with the boba was also refreshing and delicious. The popping boba was nice as I don't usually like boba.

I love this restaurant! It's a great meeting place for friends that are in town to meet up with them if you're coming from Seminole county and they're coming from the tourist areas! We had the best waitress tonight!
