Made an appointment after they confirmed that they got the tires. Now I am here waiting for more than an hour because they can't find the tires. Only one person working. It's a bad bad place. Left after 2hrs without getting the tires. They should close the tire business.

I received the most courteous and skillful service from Anibal T. and am extremely glad I took my car here for service. Anibal squeezed me into an already booked schedule and had the work completed faster than I expected. He is a very ethical and skilled worker and I truly appreciate his service.

Very disappointed had an appointment and the guy seems to be alone and choose to finish the car he was working on before check me in at the time of my appt. After I waited 15 min I left. After 30 min of my appt schedule I got a call asking if I wanted to keep my appt 🤷🏻♂️ I left already had to go to work… I’ll guess I reschedule not sure if at BJ’s again this was my first time and not impressed at all.

Got my tires changed here and theybdid a great job but now I have to change my battery which is behind my tire. They stripped a lug nut and now are basically refusing to take responsibility or care of it. I will not be recommending or renewing my membership to BJs because this is ridiculous

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but man this place is bad. Has to be the worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. I got here around 1:30 pm to replace one tire and I’ve been waiting 3 hours and they’ve only worked on one car that’s getting the same job done and by they I mean one person. How do you run a shop with one person? Manger or older guy that was here at first left around 2pm to what seemed like it was to take his lunch break hasn’t been back since and it’s already 5pm. He left a younger gentleman by himself to work the front desk area and on two cars. Definitely not coming back here and if you’re reading this I advise you to do the same.

Horrible service! We came in at 10AM told us they had a spot at 3:30PM. We tried to leave our car there since the morning and they kept telling us that we couldn’t leave our car. Come to find out they only had one car to fix all day. We asked them multiple times to leave the car here incase they finish early. And to only have one to fix all day and they couldn’t help us until 3:30PM is ridiculous. The two guys that helped us in the morning were super rude and not helpful at all. The young guy in the afternoon was a lot nicer and more honest on what needed to be done. Definitely not coming back ever again! The service was horrible in the morning!

I wish they were good because it could be a nice competition to Sam's Club and Costco but they don't have fresh products the whole set up there. He's not competitive with Costco and Sam's Club.

People mention there’s only 1 competent person here. That is true, if I know I don’t see him, it’s going to be a very bad experience. So far 2 sets of tires rated for 50k miles. Didn’t prorate either at 30k. They recommended top of the line with good warranty.

I really like the State of Florida and the fact that they allow the sale of spirits at retail stores. I hope that one day, my beloved Commonwealth of Virginia will move out of the Stone Ages and get out of the liquor business by allowing retail establishments to sell it at competitive prices.This BJ's has a great selection of spirits at very reasonable prices, especially the high end products.They also have a great selection of clothing at this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great prices and good deals. Well worth the price of membership. I buy in bulk and pre packages items for meal prep. Then I save in bulk. Not that complicated if you are a small family.

I am a frequent shopper here, I maybe come every two weeks to grab what I need. I love BJs because it's not as crowded as other big bull stores are. Every time I come here I always find exactly what I need and with no problems. I love all the seasonal items that they carry. I love using the self check out because it's so much quicker than waiting in line. This store is always clean and well stocked, that's why I always come here!
