BJ's Wholesale Club is a convenient location near plenty of other stores, where members can shop and gas up while they are there. The store is well stocked and kept clean. The prices for wholesale are cheaper than a regular supermarket, and gasoline prices with membership are even less with a BJ's credit card. Employees are noted for being very attentive, helpful, kind, and professional, often going the extra mile to provide wonderful service. For members age 60+, BJ's offers a designated shopping hour Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 9 AM. First Responders have a designated shopping hour Sundays from 8 AM to 9 AM.
Called this store 4 times to confirm they had item I needed. 1 on hold 10 min,transferred ,5 more minutes ,hung up on. 2 hold 15 minutes pressed 9 for customer service ,5 minutes bakery answered then hung up, 3 hold 15 minutes was hung up on. This place has got to be the worst.
