It's not even open. At least they can do is open it to the public or even a place to give help to homeless since the homeless population keep on raising but no they rather spend city funds and government money on maintaining and policing a empty build and the police will not hesitate to arrest for trespassing for just standing in the area. Like use the build instead of wasting money and resources on it

I've been here 2x to see Shen Yun, last year [2022] & this year as well [2023]. Has a very beautiful scenery inside from, the theater view to the 2 different restrooms. The drinks & snacks?? were not that expensive, very reasonable prices. Ƹ̵̡≽ܫ≼Ʒ

Old theater. Unique for its heritage and the way they transformed an old concert hall into a quasi-modern theater venue. As time goes on this place continues to fade in the shadow of the much larger and practical venue of the Dr Phillips Center for the Preforming Arts. The difference in these two venues is night and day.

Nice venue but needs renovation. Ticket pricing should include a set-aside to put money back into the upkeep of the theatre. Been to several events here but the rows are too long, roof leaked, lines at restroom were looooong. The Acts they book are first rate and deserve a more updated auditorium.
