My Daughters car broke down as they were leaving Orlando to go home to VA the morning of Hurricane Ian. The drive belt had come off and they just had the alternator replace the day before. That garage was closed for the upcoming storm. The car was in a parking garage so it was dry and safe but no one would come out claiming that the Hurricane would make working on a car too difficult. After making at least 12 calls to other roadside services, I called Bobby and Bobby said "I will be right there!" When he got there, he quickly found that one of the pullies were lose and then reapplied the belt. My daughter and her family made it home safely before the worst part of the storm hit. Bobby then impressed me more and didn't ask for much money for his time, service and for coming in the wind and rain. This I a good mechanic and even better a good dude! "Thank you" Bobby for the help and I most highly recommend him.

From 9/26/2022I wanted to give a shoutout to Bobbys Roadside Assistance and Towing in Orlando!We've had a rough disney trip, when we pulled onto disney property after our 12 hr drive on Friday Sept 23, and our jeep started making an awful noise and our power steering went out. We made it to our resort and were able to get it into the Disney Auto Care Center the very next morning. They replaced the alternater and some other things and we thought we were good to leave early this morning and beat hurricane ian (we're from VA). Anyway, we go to leave this morning, and the serpentine belt pops off 2 minutes away from the hotel and the hurricane is starting. We called the Disney Auto Care center when they opened today but they didn't have any mechanics today because of the storm. We called a dozens of other mechanics, many said they were coming and then called and said nevermind an hour or so later. Bobby was literally our last hope or else we'd just have to wait out the storm here and get to a shop friday. He came and found that there was a screw that wasn't tightened correctly, which made the belt pop off. Such a tiny thing! All I can think is geez what would have happened if we got caught in the storm and got stranded because of that....Anyway, Bobby showed up in less than an hour, was so kind and fixed the belt and tightened the screw. We gave it a test drive and it ran perfectly! We asked how much we owed him and he said he was EXTREMELY reasonable.I 100% recommend him if you need a mobile mechanic, super cool dude! I felt he needed a shout out ?

Excellent service and is better than any other company out there as he gets the job done and complete without a hitch and is willing to go anywhere no matter how thick the area of has lots of woods to load up your vehicle and tow it for you and is very affordable! WILL BE USING AGAIN!!!

He saved the day for my son! We had waited hours for AAA to tow my son’s car to a mechanic. After they lost our request for the tow, we called Bobby based on a recommendation, and he fixed my son’s alternator right where the car was. Quick service, very reasonable charge. I will recommend him to anyone in the area! Thank you ?

My daughter's steering wheel was locked up and she couldn't get it to budge. Bobby's was there in about an hour & got her wheel unlocked so she could continue about her day. We're just over 2 hours away so it saved us a 4 hour road trip tonight and a full tank of gas. They will be our first call for any future automobile issues. ❤️

I was stranded in a small shopping plaza off of Oakridge in the middle of one of Florida's infamous torrential downpours with a flat tire. After several calls to other businesses who were either not answering their phones, over pricing a simple tire change, or having a 1-2 hour wait time, Bobby was able to get to me in 30-45mins. He was extremely kind and went the extra mile in customer service. Not only did he changed my tire, he also plugged the tire up on the spot, followed me to a gas station to get air in both my spare and the tire that he just fixed and put the tire back on without charging extra all while being out in the rain. I would recommend and call Bobby for any roadside assistance! Thank you so much Bobby!!!!Service: Tire change
